  Friendly staff, but the rooms don’t have great sound insulation kept hearing people moaning at 2 AM. Also the room service kept waking me up at like 9:30 when checkout is at 11.

  The room was nice and clean, the bed comfy and everything working. The outdoor swimming pool was good-sized and heated, and the hot tub was actually hot. The breakfast served was great, tons of varieties, ranging from eggs, sausage, waffles, yogurt, cold&hot cereal, coffee and juice. The price was very reasonable too. Highly recommend.

  The room itself was fine. Nothing great, but it was about what I expected for the price. It seemed clean and the bed was comfortable enough. The amenities is where I would give 0/1 star. The pool (which we specifically looked for in a place to stay) was DISGUSTING. The water was slimy, had a foul smell, and was full of natural debris (i.e. leaves, twigs, etc). The Continental Breakfast (which we had also looked for) had quite a lot of options and I was pleasantly surprised, until I tasted them. EVERYTHING was cold. I’m talking straight out of the refrigerator cold. Sausage…cold. Scrambled eggs…cold. French toast…cold. The waffles had NO flavor and the biscuits/gravy tasted like eating cream of mushroom straight from the can. The customer service was a lot like that from a bargain basement Motel 6. We waited in the lobby at the check in desk for over 10 minutes while the manager had a conversation with a woman at a table in the corner and didn’t even acknowledge us. It went downhill from there. If I had been staying more than one night…well, I wouldn’t have. I’d have checked out early and found a better hotel.

  I just wanted to say what a wonderful place is. I spent the last five nights here while my dad was passing away and these guys were so good to me. They treated me like I was family. Also, the rates were fantastic for the size of room I had in this motel. I’ve gone to other ones here in St. George. This is now very much my favorite motel every time I come back to St. George to visit anybody this is where I’ll be staying at it’s right next to the Black Bear diner in St. George. It is wonderful. The buffet here for the morning breakfast is amazing. You should all come. Try it if you come to St. George this place is the best best I would recommend these guys 100% to anybody who comes into St. George. The rooms are clean. The staff is great. It’s just amazing thank you again, From the Riley, family and Larkin family!
