  The suites were very clean. Everyone who worked there was so sweet! The pool was great and mostly shady for a while in the morning, which I really liked during our July stay. Breakfast was also really good with lots of options.

  Great hotel! Everything was very clean, including our room, the laundry room, the breakfast area, and the basketball court. I especially appreciated how clean the breakfast area was. The staff cleaned and wiped the tables as soon as guests left, so it always looked spotless. Our room was also incredibly clean—I couldn’t find any dust anywhere. Everyone was friendly, and we had a really comfortable stay. We first hesitated because we were visiting Zion, but I’m so glad we ended up staying here. The staff seem to be very well trained, and it really shows in the way they take care of the property. I travel frequently for work and stay at IHG hotels often, so I’m a Platinum member. I’ve stayed at many hotels, and the level of cleanliness here honestly rivals some five-star hotels. Would def come back next time!!

  We had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this hotel. Supervisor Dara was exceptional—professional, friendly, and always available to assist with anything we needed. Her attention to detail and commitment to guest satisfaction made our experience even better. The room was clean, comfortable, and the fully equipped kitchenette was a huge plus. It had everything we needed to prepare meals, making our stay much more convenient and enjoyable. The complimentary breakfast each morning was another great benefit, offering a variety of options to start the day. The pool area was fantastic, and our kids absolutely loved it. They had so much fun swimming and playing every day. The pool was clean, well-maintained, and perfect for families. The hotel's location was also excellent—close to stores, restaurants, and everything we needed, making it easy to get around and enjoy the area. Thank you to Dara and the entire team for providing outstanding hospitality and making our stay memorable. We look forward to staying here again in the future! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

  Our stay in St. George exceeded every expectation, and a huge part of that was because of Dara and the incredible staff. From the moment we walked through the doors, Dara made us feel genuinely welcomed. Her friendliness, professionalism, and positive attitude set the tone for our entire stay. She is truly exceptional at what she does and made us feel like valued guests rather than just another reservation. In fact, we originally planned to stay only three days before moving to another hotel, but after experiencing the outstanding customer service from Dara and the rest of the team, we changed our plans and stayed for the remainder of our trip. The staff even matched our Priceline rate, which was greatly appreciated. The amenities were equally impressive. The complimentary breakfast was excellent, and the social hour offered several days a week was a wonderful surprise. The appetizers were generous enough to make a full dinner, complete with dessert and a drink. It was such a thoughtful touch that added tremendous value to our stay. The hotel also offers a gym, free laundry facilities, a pool, and even basketball and pickleball courts. Everything was clean, well-maintained, and designed to make guests feel comfortable and at home. We travel often, and it is rare to find a hotel w here every staff member is so welcoming and genuinely cares about the guest experience. Thank you, Dara, and the entire team, for making our trip so memorable. We highly recommend this hotel and will absolutely stay here again when we return to St. George!
