  We booked a room here for a weekend getaway before the start of the school year. We had 2 adults, 2 kids and our dog. The staff is awesome & they were awesome the whole time we were there. After checking in we went to our room and I unpacked while we settled in. I noticed a funny smell but I assumed the smell was due to the hotel being fairly new. My husband noticed a machine in the room but we just let it be. Once I had everything put away I took the kids swimming and my husband went to walk the dog and asked about the machine. He was informed that the machine was to filter out pet smells and what not from the last person who stayed and that we had to switch rooms because the machine still being there meant the room was not finished being cleaned. So while the kids and I swam my husband had to start moving everything to our new room. The room was just a few doors down but we had a lot of stuff and I had already unpacked most of it and I had gotten the kitchen stocked. Our toddler decided he was done swimming early too so now my husband had to juggle moving everything, taking care of our toddler and our dog. That was quite a hassle but he got it done. I unpacked again and organized the room - which smelled way better but then we started hearing all the sounds. The rooms on the first floor have very high ceilings so the room echoes a lot. My husband was down the hall filling our water bottles and he heard me sneeze lol As the night went on the sounds in the from the room above ours got increasingly louder. The walls are thin and even our sound machine didn't help much so we all didn't get adequate rest. They also ran out of creamer packets so coffee in the morning was eh. Otherwise we enjoyed chatting with the staff, swimming in the pool and using the kitchenette. We won't stay again because the room didn't suit our needs for rest and quiet but the stay was fair for the price.

  Check in was easy, very clean room, it was nice to have a mini kitchen and fridge. Staff was very friendly and helpful on the phone and in person. The hotel was as pictured. We were very pleased.

  Staff is AMAZING. Rooms are clean & comfortable, especially if you're staying multiple days & want to cook or heat up food. It's frustrating that door slams in the hallways are the norm. Light sleepers beware. C'mon Best Western. You can fix this!

  Everything was great, very nice rooms. Had a dishwasher, small stove good size refrigerator along with dishes

  Very clean, very modern, smells new, great front desk staff. This was the best Best Western I stayed at on my 2 week trip across the country... also with the lowest price. Highly recommended.
