I stayed here for 2 weeks. During the first 3 days, everything was great. The staff took care of the room cleanliness and provided fresh towels. After that, it felt like they forgot I was even staying here. I had to keep going to the front desk and asking for fresh towels and room cleaning. I went there 3 times, and nothing changed. Right now, I have a pile of trash in my room because the staff simply doesn’t care. Think twice before staying here for several days.

I’m taking the time to post this, to save you time! April 29, 2026. I wish we had taken pictures. I just wanted out! Keep looking for another place to stay. Don’t be fooled by those who say this place is okay or by the pictures! It is pretty bad! A stench hits you right when you enter, it was filthy down the hallways, etc…including a loud barking dog. Broken elevator. Our room was so dirty and poorly renovated with little furniture for placing bags, etc…water damage on the wall, gross bathroom, we DID NOT end up staying here. We found another place.

Extremely disappointing stay. The smell was overwhelming the moment I walked into the hotel—it felt like it was irritating my lungs and causing a burning sensation in my chest. The cleanliness was unacceptable, and the place felt dirty overall. The breakfast was awful and not worth eating. The only positive thing was that the front desk staff were nice, but other than that, I do not recommend this place at all.

I stayed in Room 123. The room itself was fine, but the smell coming from the neighboring room, Room 121, was absolutely unbearable. It legitimately smelled like something died in there and was left to marinate. Made it hard to relax or even stay in the room comfortably. For the price, expected a much better environment

For an individual with a handicap, wheelchair or walker bound, this is by far the best hotel handicapped room access and design I have ever stayed in. We stayed in room 139 which was next to an outside locked access door (room key required to enter), with handicapped parking right next to the door with ample room to load and unload, and gently graded ramp to enter and exit the building. The room was wide and spacious enough to negotiate with a roller walker or wheelchair without bumping into furniture. The bathroom was also spacious enough to access the comode and shower from a wheelchair. The pèz de rèsistance was the bathoom floor was properly graded with a gentle sloop rising about 2 inches up from the entryway that then declined into the shower without any lip allowing smooth rolling off the wheelchair or roller wheels into the shower and the gentle slope into the shower drain combined with the gentle rise leading into the shower kept all the shower water IN THE SHOWER and not running across the floor like every other hotel handicapped room I have stayed in!!! There were appropriate ADA grab bars for the shower and comode to allow easy self transfer. The only criticism I have was the threshold lip into the guest room was square edge and requires a lift of the front wheels of the wheelchair or roller walker to get over. I have mentioned this to the management they plan promptly correct this short coming. The king size mattress was comfortable, without breakdown areas and allowed my spouse and I to sleep comfortably and peacefully. The was no intervening road noise from nearby I-15 or the surface streets.
