Quite good for a standard hotel. A few passable maintenance issues. Some nice bars and convenience stores within walking distance. Some sketchy people around the area. Easy uber to downtown.

Do your homework, there might be much better quality a little farther out for $30 more a night. Very nice day staff/gal. Daytime here much better than night Mattress sagged in middle GAP at bottom of door/broken seal, could see sidewalk, plenty of room for Pests to come in😳 AC cover coming off, dirty vents HVAC Filters clogged with dirt/dust Pillows are run of mill Basic /Walmart Curtains not properly cover/block out parking lot lights🔦 even with the hanger/clothespin trick☀️ Could hear upstairs walking, etc, creaking even with fan on continually As I approached property at night guy on drugs swaying, playing Zombie on sidewalk Stains on sheets. Blanket vs comforter Pics on site are misleading I think No mention of breakfast or time How they charge this much and people stay here without knowing the alternatives is beyond me My next stay was a bit farther out by train, +$25 but worlds apart, by leaps and bounds. Check the alternatives!

I wouldn't recommend this hotel, be careful before you book this sight unseen online like I did. It's located next to public housing and unfortunately there are quite a few people in distress roaming this area. The photos and some of the reviews make it seem OK, but unfortunately it was in fairly bad shape. People were yelling outside their rooms and smoking late at night. I later found a review that mentioned finding obvious signs of drug use in their room. To me it looked like the staff at the hotel were stressed about everything.

My cousin's family lives across the country so when she was in a car accident and had an emergency C-section, I dropped everything and drove 3 hours to be with her. I didn't have a place to stay so I booked a room at this hotel. The baby passed away at 4:08 am and after, I went to the hotel to get some sleep and a shower. Upon arriving, I found the door locked so I called the front desk 4 times and could hear it ringing over and over. After knocking and calling with no response, I found a place to park my car and sleep. The next morning at 9 am, I returned to the hotel to see if I could get a room key to get a shower after a horrible night of sleeping in a car. The guy behind the counter told me that they had a policy and it didn't matter that someone literally died. Even though I had a reservation and had already paid he couldn't have cared less. What kind of hotel locks their doors and doesn't answer their phone when their website and phone number says open 24 hours? Terrible customer service! I didn't expect anything special, just the room I had reserved and paid for!!

Camera ampia e pulita, comodo parcheggio e buona posizione. Presso la reception è presente un distributore di snack e bevande.
