  I had an excellent stay at this hotel for a conference. Everyone in my team was at another hotel nearer downtown and complained about the price of their hotel, I said my hotel was about half of what they paid and they all agreed that the price of an Uber was much better than theirs for over $200 a night more. My room was nice and clean, linens were good, the bed was nice and firm without being bouncy, and there were enough of linens in the bathroom to make me feel very comfortable even if I had had a second person. Front desk staff was helpful and clear in instructions, provided directions to downtown on the train when I asked, and advised on the best routes and things to see. It was lovely. In addition, the breakfast was very good both mornings. Warm, and clear signage. One person was complaining loudly and rudely at the desk over the lack of bananas and claimed the breakfast area was “completely a huge mess” (IT WAS NOT) and that the oranges available were “moldy” (they were fine) and demanding that he thought his stay should be comped for it. I was astounded and told the person maintaining the breakfast area (Natasha) as well as the front desk that the breakfast area was just fine and I was grateful for what I got when I was coming to breakfast within a few minutes of the end of breakfast anyway (and so was the rude unhappy customer). I felt that Natasha was doing exactly what she needed to do for what she had available. I would absolutely choose to stay at this hotel again.

  Very convenient for the airport, a short drive away. The room was spacious and very clean. The only slight negative was the amount of light in the room at night, the blind was very solid so there was no light from outside, but quite a lot around the door frame, so I was glad to have an eye mask. The staff were all super welcoming and friendly.

  We had room issues. Had to switch three times. No shades in first room, 2nd try refrig wasn’t working but 3rd time all okay. Very clean, breakfast was good and so was the coffee. Helpful customer service. Overall good experience!

  Hope you don't get the guy with glasses and a mustache checking you in. He is incapable of doing anything correct. Screwed our group of 5 up so bad. He is horrible.
