  Room is ok but very poor service. The shuttle service needs to be reserved but there’s no one at the front desk when the time you booked comes. And finally when there were someone showed up but he told me they are not ready yet. Then what’s the point to tell us make the reservation in advance? Also when we checked in, there were hairs clogged in the drainer in the bathtub, we informed front desk about the situation but no one ever showed up. When I passed by the room where they wash towels, their staffs were eating instant noodles and chatting like nothing happened. Not going to stay with them again

  Morning front desk guy is extremely rude. I told him that the juice machine was out of apple juice, and he was annoyed and made it seem like I’m a bum and need his service when I’m a guest, and he should be acting like he needs my business. He checked the machine, and saw nothing but water come out, and just said it’s out. Didn’t put in any effort in to replace it. Then I went back to my room, and tried to heat up my food from the night before, and the microwave didn’t work. I called the front desk to ask them if they can bring me a working microwave, and he RUDELY said, “We don’t bring stuff to you, you’re going to have to wait until maintenance comes.” I asked him if it’ll be before I check out, and he said no. He said I can go downstairs and use the microwave in the breakfast area. I told him that I don’t like being around a lot of people, and I shouldn’t have to bring all my food downstairs anyways to warm it up, because that’s an inconvenience, and he didn’t care at all. I also asked for cookies and water at check in, and all the guy said was that they were out, because everyone swiped them so fast. Didn’t even make an effort to put more out. I was just bragging to a few people about how clean and nice this hotel and my room was, but now I will have nothing but bad things to say about this place. Customer service is everything, and this place failed miserably, and left a bad taste in my mouth.

  Thank you guys for picking me up from the airport and making sure I got back to the airport. I rested comfortably and enjoyed my stay. Good staff and a great place to stay close to the airport. Thank you again for everything ❤️.

  I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. It appears to have been recently renovated, and everything was very well maintained and, most importantly, very clean. I stayed in a good-sized room with a king-size bed, which was very comfortable. The hotel also offers rooms with two queen beds. My room had a refrigerator and microwave, which are always very convenient when traveling. The shower was very good, and the bed was comfortable. The hotel has an indoor pool and a heated hot tub, as well as an elevator, ice machine, and parking. Breakfast is included and offers hot breakfast options. One detail I especially liked was the coffee machine: instead of coffee that has been sitting in a pot, it prepares each cup fresh and grinds the beans on demand, which makes a big difference. The location is also very convenient, close to the airport and with easy access to the Interstate. I noticed that the hotel offers an airport shuttle, although I did not use the service myself. Overall, I thought this was an excellent place to stay: spacious and comfortable rooms, very clean, good amenities, a nice breakfast, and a convenient location. I would definitely stay here again.
