  This was my first time at fear factory. It was actually the perfect night to go. There was rain and fog which just added to the whole creepy vibe. The attention to detail in each section was really good. I am not really scared of jump scares, so I wasn't spooked. But I still had a fantastic fun time and would definitely go again. It takes about 30 minutes to get through. We went at opening and had vip so our line wait was not huge. The tour takes you up to the top, back down under the ground and you surface eventually at the backside if the building. Keep in mind that you really need good secure footwear because there are wet surfaces and also a few places where the floor raises and drops at random. You do alot of stair climbing and descending and any high heels would be a disaster to attempt! There are loads if photo opps throughout the entrance and once you exit the tour. Also a gift shop and places to get some food and drinks. There are a couple of other vendors set up in the area with decorations and trinkets. Overall good experience, I just take a different approach to really get scared. But I would look at this as a fun outing instead and you won't be disappointed. If you can't handle gore, this is not the place for you. Like I said, good attention to detail.   We had an awesome time at Fear Factory Haunted House! The atmosphere was creepy, the sets were detailed, and the actors did a great job keeping us on edge the entire time. There were plenty of scares, unexpected surprises, and moments that had us jumping. You can tell a lot of effort goes into making the experience exciting and terrifying. If you're looking for a fun Halloween activity with friends or family, Fear Factory is definitely worth checking out! We had a great time and would recommend it to anyone who loves a good scare. 👻🎃

  I found the experience overall to be very good. If I were to add anything. I would do a long hallway in one solid color that slightly gets smaller as they walk through. Imagine you’re walking through an almost back room style or hospital hallway with a suspense that something might happen. The noise surrounding you is constant but pressuring like the static of a TV or the ringing in your ears. It’s long, and the ending is clear, yet deafening. A break from the constant scares and frights, and a reset on what is actually scary. No pop-ups, no actors, no loud noises. Just one unsettling, long hallway. That’s what I would add. Otherwise it was a ton of fun and the actors did super well. I can’t wait to come back next year.

  This year was probably my favorite year for Fear Factory so far! They did a really great job updating all of their sets this year. I noticed that most, if not all of the sets had at least 1-2 changes but many of them had several more or complete overhauls. Areas like their swamp, which in my opinion, struggled from repetitiveness in years past. Have received updates which have made it a far better scene for a customer experience. Moreover, the new cemetery scene was a top tier upgrade that mostly was thanks to some new lighting as well as some new props and jumpscares added to the scene. One scene that I think had a couple of smaller changes was their opening catacombs scene. This scene had some of the most relentless actors I have ever seen. Actors were coming out of nowhere and were so great and terrifying! A lot of the actors did a great job scaring forward and breaking up the conga line through chasing guests to allow for a better guest experience as we went through. However, there was a scene which I felt as though lacked a bit of ‘punch’ this time through and that scene was the clowns. The set design itself was amazing but, I felt as though the energy in that scene specifically (minus a few actors and scares) left me feeling slightly disappointed. To be clear though, I do not think it was a bad scene, just did not do as much for me as some of the other scenes. Although, I still think that the overall experience was closer to a 5 star experience than a 4 star, I think if I could, I would give my overall experience a very specific 4.6-4.7 out of 5. I would 100% recommend coming this year, especially if you can come on a day that isn’t as busy. One thing I think customers should keep in mind is that when lines get long, it can be very difficult for a haunt to avoid a line forming in the haunt. So if you go on a weekend close to Halloween, expect less scares, but possibly more time to appreciate the hard work they put into sets :) (without slowing down the line of course) Overall, if you’re a fan of Halloween and/or haunted houses, I would definitely recommend coming this year!

  The setting makes this haunted house exceptional and is something that cannot be easily replicated. It’s enormous, taking about 20 minutes to walk all the way through and goes up multiple stories into the air. It’s not a place I would recommend for anyone with fears of heights or mobility problems; however, I would recommend anyone who can should visit Fear Factory. As someone who visits a lot of haunted houses, Fear Factory has always stood out to me. I have gone to Fear Factory every year for about 5 years in a row. They manage to keep this place fresh and scary for returning customers and fun for newbies that I drag along with me.
