  On the first night of our stay arriving to the airport at night, we checked in and turned on the shower. Instantly the faucet piece shoots out and hits me. It turns out it was not adjusted properly and there was no way of fixing it ourselves. I contacted front desk and they let us know that maintenance was on their way. A couple hours pass and nobody shows up. We called again and they said there is no ETA but the maintenance person was on their way. It was a complete lie. We did not get any sleep that night thinking that someone was going to show up. The next morning I contact the front desk and let them know we need this fixed ASAP. They said they would make a note of it and couldn’t offer us another room. I had to resort to using the ice bucket in our room as a make shift shower. Look I understand it was late and getting a maintenance person is difficult but be honest. Don’t tell us that someone is coming and then doesn’t show up. Will not be staying here again.

  I booked the shuttle to the airport and was down before 630. Event the front desk said the shuttle hadn't arrived yet. 6:37 and now I'm told the shuttle left. Horrible. You cant trust them to get you to the airport on time.

  This hotel is an absolute disaster. When I checked into my room with 6 kids at 9:30 pm, I was greeted with a syringe needle on the floor, an unidentified pill on the counter under the tv and a blood smear on the same dresser as the pill. The night shift worker claimed to have no other rooms and could not put me up in a different hotel because of the lack of availability. My daughter work up to a bug crawling across her pillow. We cut our stay short and left by 6:30 am. The manager Ziza, has been horrible with her customer service and is offering a pathetic 20% refund and 1000 points to my best western account. This hotel took literally contained drug paraphernalia and bodily fluids, with who knows what kind of diseases. I avoid it at all costs!!! It is not worth it.

  It is under construction but everything is still really nice and its seems to be a good location outside of downtown salt lake city. You are just a couple of minutes away.

  Viajo por todos los estados por mi trabajo, y este hotel, ha sido de los mejores, seguido ponen cobijas nuevas, limpian el baño, nos ponen toallas limpias, sacan nuestra basura, y el desayuno, nunca es el mismo, cambia cada día
