Not sure why anyone would give this location a poor review. Very clean. Very nice people, locals and staff. Location is quiet and relaxing.

It's okay.
Our room had a very old mattress and loud, drippy tub faucet.
The airport noise was barely noticeable. The pool area is nice enough.
Safety issue - the side doors are open to anyone. You do not need to scan your key to get in.
Breakfast was subpar. Some spoiled fruit in with the others. The hot food wasn't good. The bagels and coffee were okay.
The employees we interacted with were friendly and professional. 👍

Staff was very accommodating and friendly!! Had to stay because of flight delays and cancellations and they were on top of taking care of us shuttle wise and everything we needed for the room! Was my first time at a best western and was not disappointed. Breakfast in the morning was pretty good too!

I wanted to share some concerns about our stay at your hotel from July 12–14. While we appreciate the opportunity to stay with you, there were several issues that left us disappointed.
First, the floors in the lobby, elevator, and hallways were not cleaned our entire stay. When we checked in on Sunday, there were several spilled spots on the floor, and those same spots were still there when we checked out on Tuesday.
We also witnessed multiple instances where staff members shouted across the room at guests instead of approaching them to offer assistance. For example, one gentleman was making waffles at breakfast and couldn't figure out how to stop the machine from beeping. Rather than walking over to help, a staff member repeatedly yelled instructions from across the breakfast area, telling him to turn the waffle maker around until he finally heard her. This created an uncomfortable atmosphere for not only that gentleman, but everyone at the breakfast area.
The most concerning incident, however, involved a young woman who is blind and was using a trained guide dog. As the dog guided her into the breakfast area, a front desk employee loudly shouted across the room for her to get the dog away from the food. The young woman explained that the dog was a guide dog, but the employee responded that she "didn't care." When the young woman's mother calmly approached the front desk to discuss the situation, the employee continued to argue that it didn't matter.
The guide dog was clearly under control, was simply assisting its handler, and was not disturbing the food or other guests. Service animals are permitted in public areas under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), including areas where food is served, provided they are under the handler's control. This situation could have been handled professionally and respectfully without embarrassing the guest or creating a confrontation. I was not the only other guest who was disgusted by this behavior and decided to leave the area after comforting the woman.
I sincerely hope your staff receives additional training on ADA requirements and appropriate customer service. Beyond the legal obligations, every guest deserves to be treated with dignity and respect. Throughout our stay, we observed staff frequently shouting at guests rather than speaking with them directly, and this incident was particularly upsetting to witness.
Thank you for taking the time to read this feedback. I hope these concerns are addressed so that future guests have a better experience. I will also be reaching out to the corporate office as I feel this is very concerning.
