We booked two days here to visit Zion but were shocked to see how far behind this hotel is compared to St George which has been booming for the last few years. The rooms are outdated and cleanliness is at the very bottom of the priorities. The carpet wasn't fully vacuumed and the bathroom is falling apart. Curtains are stained and ripped and I forgot to take pictures of the bedsheets but there were what appeared to be blood stains on one side of the bed. Our interactions with the staff was minimal so can't say much on that front but the facilities are a resounding poor. You almost feel out of place when you go out and step into the beautiful St George only to return at night time to a place you want to avoid. We only stayed here because of our Chase Sapphire card and because of pretty pictures that were clearly extremely doctored. A full renovation is much needed.

The only problem, the gardeners were trimming trees and using a blower while we were in the pool, also a family with children. Very loud and dusty and annoying around noon.
