  Great hotel! The staff went above and beyond accommodating me after a mess up through the app. Breakfast was delicious. Would recommend to anyone passing through the area

  I was disappointed with the state of my room upon arrival, as it was clearly not cleaned to standard. Their were hair's and eye lashes in the bed sheets. The dresser and nightstands had food smeared on them still. When I kindly brought these specific issues to the attention of the staff, I was met with defensiveness rather than a solution. Instead of addressing the hygiene concerns, the staff treated my feedback as if I was being untruthful or difficult. Multiple staff members responded with "we inspected the room before you checked in so we know its clean." It wasn't until I grabbed all of our belongings and was leaving that they were willing to go in and change the bedding and clean the room. Had there been other hotels with availability, we would have left. It is frustrating to pay for a professional service and be made to feel like a burden for expecting a clean room.

  Well, not much available in this area as far as hotels go. This was very ok. Rooms were clean but the hotel is VERY dated. No elevators, carpets are stained, our faucet was leaking (not great amidst a water crisis in the west), and the breakfast was fine. The bed felt pretty worn out as well. The front desk staff were very friendly but they really need to invest in this property as it feels like it’s about to fall apart. Wanted to use the hot tub this morning but doesn’t open until 2pm which also seemed odd. Looking in the pool room, you could see the bottom of the pool peeling off.

  I just like to say I came out here for work not some I really plan to or wanted to do but the staff were very welcoming and helped me with anything I needed help with even late at night and the lady was so happy and pleasant and the gentleman was very professional and excellent customer service I changed the length of my stay last minute to stay longer than originally planned and he made it happen I would highly recommend

  We had a wonderful stay at Best Western in Richfield. The location is incredibly convenient—right off the highway, making it a perfect stop for travelers, yet still quiet and relaxing. The staff truly stood out; everyone was welcoming, professional, and went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-maintained, with comfortable beds that made it easy to rest after a long day of driving. Everything felt fresh and thoughtfully arranged. We would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to anyone passing through the area.
