  Although this place doesnt look very classy from the outside, you will be pleasantly surpised by the inside. The rooms are clean the staff is friendly and it a nice quiet place to stop off for a few hours with a great breakfast!

  Look elsewhere in Richfield, even if you have to pay a bit more. This property is rundown, the breakfast is depressing and the service is from people who seem to have learned it by reading some instruction manual and ignoring the pages they don't like. At check in, the clerk said "I'm putting you on first floor, you should pay me $5." I laughed it off, but I think he was serious. The coffee machine in the room was incompatible with the cartridges they supply, but the clerk was unauthorized to change it out for me. He did provide an adapter to make it work, however the plug by the sink was broken, so . . . The toilet noisily ran all night despite jiggling the handle, and I didn't feel like doing surgery on it myself. The breakfast was just plain bad. The powdered eggs weren't fully reconstituted and were lukewarm, ditto with their excuse for oatmeal. There are signs all over the breakfast room prohibiting taking food back to your room. I chose to say here because Richfield offers cheaper rooms then Beaver, on my route, but next time I will not stay here, but rather spend another $30 to stay at the Hampton or one of the other more consistently good chains. With BW, you sometimes don't know what you're going to get, as they don't seem too demanding on who they franchise to.

  Checked in before midnight and let me tell you! they had great rates for the one night we stayed, pet friendly, charge for pets at a BETTER rate then surrounding inns and hotels, and had a microwave, refrigerator, and a coffee maker. The complementary breakfast yum! Breakfast had the basics like eggs, sausages, yogurt, waffles. Great for what ypu are paying for for a 2 star hotel.

  Had to check out early and still got charged the next day. Due to work circumstances, I had to check out a day early on a two night room reservation. I started the check out process before 6AM but was told I would still be charged another day due to not informing them 24 hours in advance. It was only a two night reservation and I didn’t know I had to cut it short until the next morning. This is the first time this has happened to me in all my hotel stays. The other hotels on the area are more understanding with early checkouts. I called around.

  Room was really small. Barely any room between the bed and the tv stand/microwave stand/refrigerator stand/dresser combo. Air conditioner unit was really loud. We couldn't watch a movie because it was so loud. Room was clean but the fitted bed sheets were too small for the bed. Both nights we woke up with the fitted sheet off the corners. Breakfast had a lot of options. I chose the yogurt and bagel over the 3 day old sausage, powdered eggs, and rock hard biscuits with cold gravy. When I asked a worker how old the sausage was, he just simply told me that he didn't speak English and walked off... Will try a different hotel in the area next time. The price was only 10$ cheaper than the other budget friendly options near by. Happy travels.
