    We booked 2 Queen beds and when we checked in they charged us $980, then when we opened our hotel room it was ONE king size bed. We went back downstairs and asked why is it one king size bed. They said the hotel is overbooked but they didn’t even mention that when we first checked in and we questioned them why did they charge us for $950 if it’s just one bed. They said they will changed the price but didn’t even try to help or support whatsoever with the issue that we have one bed.

    One of the best IHG hotels I've stayed in in a long time! Pool has some great hours (7a-11p) and a hot tub, staff is super friendly, rooms are comfy and clean, and the location is solid. Only minor complaints are that the thermostats in the room are in the A/C unit and that there's no pancake machine. Other than that, 11/10 will be staying here next time I'm in Provo!
