  Another best western that advertises a hot tub but it's ALWAYS "down for maintence"! I'm done with bw !

  The location was perfect for dropping off a Missionary at the MTC. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The included breakfast was very good. But our room was very dirty and in disrepair. There was also visible mold in our bathroom. The pool area was also very dirty.

  I have stayed at a lot of Best Westerns in a lot of locations all across the country. THIS location took the #1 spot on our last stay here Saturday night (7/18/26) The hotel was busy, VERY busy. We were tired, VERY tired. The groups of people swarming the hotel were predominantly dressed pretty formally. We had spent an hour of the day digging up rocks and crystals in 112* heat and we were looking no less than raggity. There was even a MASSIVE party in the basement for some lucky girls quinceañera! So many happy people!! Anyways, I had made the reservation online, in the app, while traveling up the highway and didn't really plan ahead. Thankfully they had a room available, a single king bed. Just a basic room nothing fancy. I used some of my reward points to offset the cost because we've been fielding a few extra unexpected expenses lately and could use the discount. We arrived at about 10:15pm looking pretty rough. The young man behind the counter checked us in so fast I hardly remember anything about it. The card was on file, reservation made, sign here, initial here, and here's the key! No sweat! And he was so friendly! We zig zagged through the lobby past all the well dressed patrons and up the elevator. 4th floor, gotcha 👌. Then alllll the way down to the end of the hallway.... Long walk but OK. Turn the corner and it's at the very very end. Whew! We finally get to the door and *BEEP BEEP* the card opens the door and you absolutely won't believe what we saw ........ The door swung open to the widest entryway I had ever seen. I said to Matt "oh, must be a handicap accessible room" because of the massively wide entrance. We start walking in and my jaw hit the floor. I see a wet bar with a big mirror, a fridge, a microwave, then a desk, a TV, a couch, a coffee table, a chair..... We dropped our bags and I can't repeat exactly what I said but "Oh my lord whaaaaaat????" Came out of my mouth more than once. We passed through the first room, and found a hallway that had massive double glass doors and a private deck, a hall closet with ironing board, hangers and laundry bag... Keep going we see a MASSIVE bathroom with a tub and a seat and enough floor space to dance in! Keep going! The bedroom at the end of the hallway....ANOTHER TV, another air conditioner, dual nightstands, another couch, and a dresser! WE GOT THE SUPER DELUXE SUITE!!! We had NO idea they had upgraded us to this MASSIVE, BEAUTIFUL, IMMACULATE room! Everything was absolutely *perfect*!! Even the toilet paper had little flowers made out of it. We had been driving at that point for more than 20 hours and then went and dug rocks in 112* heat and hadn't had a decent meal in a couple days. This was such an amazing treat! I can't tell you how it felt to have this incredible, luxurious, opulent room. Thank you Best Western Provo!! You guys have no idea how much we appreciate your generosity! My husband is a hard worker, a veteran, and was so tired and sore this special surprise put the biggest smile on his face. We ordered some Poke and Ramen from a local restaurant for dinner at 11:00 at night and he jumped into the shower. Our food came in 20 minutes! We finally could relax and enjoy this amazing room, have some really good food, and revel in the magic of the Super Deluxe Room. We had an amazing time! We slept so good, and I left him to sleep in as long as he wanted. We have made this same miserable drive from central Montana to southern Nevada and back too many times. THIS was the highlight of all of the times we made this trip, and we will never forget how great it was. THIS is why I am a Gold Member for Best Western... No regrets. All smiles. 😁

  Great stop during our very long roadtrip! The rooms are clean, beds are comfortable, showers were nice. Several breakfast options, no gluten-free choices.
