  Made a reservation on my way to the hotel. The reservation was set for the wrong date, nearly a month from the check-in date. I went ahead and stayed there that night, as the clerk could not help me. Trying multiple times to get through to the manager they would not refund my future / mistake reservation. They have more than 20 days to fill the room. They would not grant a refund that was less than 2 hours old with a easy to make mistake. I did not Appriciate your lies in your reply. I state that the third party has to grant the refund. American Express called you. They were very willing to refund me. They tell me that all they needed was the hotel to approve, and they would happily refund me. I now see why this hotel is so poorly run. The manager cannot ever reply to a bad review truthfully

  I have split feedback about my stay. The hotel was clean as far a cleaning staff is concerned. Well done! The hotel is dated, which was nostalgia for me and I love some of the older floor plans that are more in inviting and homey than newer ones that are boxy and starchy. The hotel has its own natural area and small walking path with water features. Love love that. Also, our room has a balcony with a sliding glass door for real frag air. Love love that too!! whereas newer hotel floor plans have prison-like or locked down windows. However, the hotel needs aesthetic maintenance and deep cleaning like old cobwebs or gross clogged vents in the high ceilings of the pool area, chipped tubs, gross or broken baseboards. Another needed update is the beds. Our mattress was pitted. Pillows were lumpy. The linens were clean and not dated. The dated walls didn’t bother me and the carpet was newer. So that’s a positive. We got in just after 10pm. So the card doesn’t work in the pool area. Sadly, the floor plan has the workout room in the pool area. So that’s not accessible separate from pool hours. The breakfast was gross. Not sure what the eggs are made of, but not eggs. We had lukewarm showers on a high vacancy stay. The staff was professional, friendly, kind and accommodating. Well done! The hotel has greater potential with a few minor updates. I really want the hotel to keep its floor plan and succeed in the future. I’d stay here again with a better mattress.

  No outlets. No microwave like they say online. The pool was freezing. We booked a hotel wi5h a pool for 3 days so we could swim NO WAY TO COLD!! Never will a stay again here.
