  The day before our arrival we were asked for our arrival time. Arrived a little late and were told our room would not be ready for another 30 minutes. The check in person was not friendly. When we came back she had a friendly helper who actually checked with housekeeping to find out if our room was ready. I had to ask about the complimentary water we generally get as elite members and was given a nice snack bag. There was no coffee maker in the room. I had to ask for one and pick it up at the front desk. Carpets were dirty, bathroom shower tile was stained, I could go on. I will not be staying here again.

  Nice hotel. Obviously built decades ago in the old Best Western style which means there are no elevators. So if you have mobility issues this hotel may not be suitable because your room could mean you will have a long walk. It is home to a Steakhouse but the menu is limited due to staff saying they do not have everything in stock. There is a free breakfast. Also a bar and grill.

  stayed here on business, the rooms were clean and fairly accommodating. I did not have an issue with this place at all and found the bar to be a pleasant accommodation as well as the outside seating. The price was extremely high though.

  These rooms are OLD and the hotel is OLD. It needs to be renovated badly, the wallpaper was bubbling and the hair dryer is yellow. There was mold in my bathroom, and hair everywhere. I would not stay here again, the pictures made it look renovated but it’s not. The staff was friendly.

  The room was very dirty and the bathroom had pubic hairs everywhere. It’s like they didn’t clean between visits. When I told the front desk they said they couldn’t do anything about it because we had booked through Expedia.
