  I was here in Price Utah for work and stayed at this Holiday Inn Express. First thought when I drove up in the parking lot was this hotel must be a newer hotel, it was not but looks new. They really take care of this place. Staff was great, also cookies available at check in and fresh water and fruit water. The room was great and the pool was heated. Breakfast had more options than most hotels, including cinnamon rolls. If you are staying in this area and are not staying here, you are missing out. It is conveniently located near the highway, easy access to surrounding areas. Stay at this Holiday Inn Express and you won't be disappointed.

  This was a second night on the 2-week family road trip, and this is an exemplary location. Great layout, clean rooms, great breakfast, good pool and hot tub, and fitness center was good, too. No issues at all. Great staff, free breakfast. What's not to love?

  This Holiday Inn Express is the best one we have stayed in yet. We are on a 5 week long trip around the country and are rewards members so this is all we have been staying at when available. Check in was quick. They allowed motorcycle parking under the awning (some do, some dont) The room was huge and spacious They had an actual internet cable for a lap top but the wi-fi was solid. The jacuzzi is huge and the gym had a number of options including machines, free weights, and yoga mats. They offer guest laundry that you can pay by CC if you do not have quarters. Big plus! And good front loading machines. This shower head was good and water pressure was strong. Most are not. Even down to the water they offered in the lobby. Most have plain water or fruit water, this one has both! This property pays attention to detail. At breakfast they offered bacon, finally! My husband is allergic to sausage and that is all we have experienced at any other IHG on our 5 week long trip. The only down fall was the hot tub jets were not strong at all. But the water was hot so thats a plus! I recommend this property to anyone and the beautiful views surrounding it.

  I don't usually leave negative reviews, but this stay was disappointing enough that I felt it was worth sharing my experience. When I arrived, there was no one at the front desk. I waited approximately 10 minutes before an employee came to check me in. Once someone arrived, the check-in process itself was quick and friendly. Unfortunately, things went downhill once I got to the room. I always inspect hotel rooms before unpacking, and while I was relieved not to find any signs of bedbugs, I did find what appeared to be a urine stain on one of the mattresses. Thankfully, my company had booked me a room with two beds, so I was able to sleep in the other one. Had I been traveling with someone else or only had one bed, that wouldn't have been an option. As I continued checking the room, I found old food including pieces of meat and peanuts left between the chair cushions. Later, after a long day of work, I noticed brown stains on the shower curtain. To top it off, none of the electrical outlets or USB charging ports next to the bed worked, making it impossible to conveniently charge my phone overnight. I do want to mention the positives. The shower had excellent water pressure, and the complimentary chocolate in the room was a nice touch. However, good water pressure and a small complimentary snack don't make up for a room that appears to have been inadequately cleaned and maintained. Between the delayed check-in, the stained bed, leftover food in the chair, stained shower curtain, and non-functioning bedside outlets, this stay fell well below what I'd expect from even a typical 3-star hotel.
