  I don't usually leave negative reviews, but this stay was disappointing enough that I felt it was worth sharing my experience. When I arrived, there was no one at the front desk. I waited approximately 10 minutes before an employee came to check me in. Once someone arrived, the check-in process itself was quick and friendly. Unfortunately, things went downhill once I got to the room. I always inspect hotel rooms before unpacking, and while I was relieved not to find any signs of bedbugs, I did find what appeared to be a urine stain on one of the mattresses. Thankfully, my company had booked me a room with two beds, so I was able to sleep in the other one. Had I been traveling with someone else or only had one bed, that wouldn't have been an option. As I continued checking the room, I found old food including pieces of meat and peanuts left between the chair cushions. Later, after a long day of work, I noticed brown stains on the shower curtain. To top it off, none of the electrical outlets or USB charging ports next to the bed worked, making it impossible to conveniently charge my phone overnight. I do want to mention the positives. The shower had excellent water pressure, and the complimentary chocolate in the room was a nice touch. However, good water pressure and a small complimentary snack don't make up for a room that appears to have been inadequately cleaned and maintained. Between the delayed check-in, the stained bed, leftover food in the chair, stained shower curtain, and non-functioning bedside outlets, this stay fell well below what I'd expect from even a typical 3-star hotel.

  One of the best stays I’ve ever had at a Holiday Inn! The staff truly went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and welcoming. Everyone was so kind, helpful, and attentive throughout our visit. The breakfast was amazing with so many choices, including great gluten-free options which was such a nice touch. The room was spotless, clean, and very comfortable. Highly recommend this hotel if you’re staying in Price — exceptional service and a wonderful experience overall!

  everything about this hotel is 5 stars. everything’s super clean, new appliances all around, breakfast in the mornings is great, staff is the nicest i’ve seen at any hotel. i want to give a special shout out to Juana who went above and beyond to make my stay extra special. thank you, Juana!

  This hotel is amazing. We've stayed at two others in the last 5 days and this one is by far the best. The staff is very nice. Very nice pool and hot tub. They have nice coffee machines all the time. Cookies and different ice water containers by the front desk. Rooms are comfy and amazing size bathrooms. I would absolutely choose this again.
