  I grew up fishing a small stream in central Utah and have all sorts of great memories there. I went down today to try to get a weekend of fishing in, only to find out that Tour West has purchased a section of the river and put up “No Trespassing” signs everywhere. What a joke. For a company that makes money off public rivers, the irony is disgusting.

  Had a great trip down the Grand Canyon with Tour West. The guides were awesome—knowledgeable, fun, and great to spend the week with. I especially enjoyed all the insight and stories they shared about the canyon. Great food, an awesome group of people, incredible scenery, and plenty of big water. Would definitely recommend Tour West!

  How do I begin to write in words What an amazing experience this was! We had a top notch crew with Joe, Alex, and Connor, and they took exceptional care of all of us. The food was crazy good (like five star eating—seriously!), and the memories will live on forever. This experience definitely stretches you as us city Slickers adapted to the challenge of running the rapids, sleeping under the stars, and hiking some really special areas. The bonds that were made between all of us that chose this trip will last forever. Thank you, so much, to our West, for making this trip a lifetime story-telling experience for us.

  Six days on the Main Salmon River is hard to put into words, but Tour West made it unforgettable. The guides did an incredible job of making our group feel like family on the river. Tyler and Alex were especially impressive with their knowledge of the area’s history, and it was obvious from the way they interacted with people living along the river that they had built real relationships and respect there. That made the experience feel much deeper than just a rafting trip. Jeremy was fantastic with those of us paddling duckies through the rapids. He was encouraging, patient, and a lot of fun, which made the whole experience even better. The Main Salmon is breathtaking, but the people are what made this trip so special. I came home dirty, bruised, full of sand, and incredibly grateful for the experience. I would absolutely travel with Tour West again.

  My wife and several of our family members decided to do something we have always wanted to do. This has been a great experience for us; one of the highlights of our lives. Tour West did a great job. Joe and the rest of the guides and crew were outstanding, in the water and out of it, too! The food was great and the trip was very organized and well prepared. And of course, the Grand Canyon was spectacular. Dollar for dollar, it was by far the best guided excursion we have ever been on. Thinking seriously about Middle Fork of the Salmon next summer.
