Our stay here was relaxing and enjoyable. We actually started our little road trip on 9/20/26 in KCMO, and although our phones automatically switched time zones, my watch did not. We got here an hour before we were supposed to check in, but Maggi was very helpful, and quickly got us checked in to a very clean and comfortable 2 queen / pet friendly room. The free breakfast was one of the best we’ve had. We would definitely stay here again. And thanks, again , to Maggi for being so friendly and accommodating!

The staff at the front desk (Maggi), was warm and welcoming. Check-in was quick and easy, and she was both efficient and professional. The entire facility and grounds were clean, as was the room. Maggi checked on us after a bit to be sure everything was up to standards and it certainly was. We will absolutely stay here again when we return to this area.

I had a great stay here. Although my room was not ready, Ivery assured me that it would be worth the wait and she was right. The room was great. Clean and spacious. There were a couple of things that need to be addressed. The first is more cosmetic; the is a large crack in the shower wall just below the soap shelf. Shower was very nice other than that. Next, the two shades could not be operated independently; the blackout was open or closed. Lastly, I want to thank Ivery for her friendliness and hospitality! She is a real asset to this hotel!

A great experience starting with check-in with Jayda at the front desk, to the free happy hour drink coupons she provided, to the good breakfast buffet!! I would suggest paying a bit more for the mountain view room, as the sunset lighting up the mountains is spectacular, but more importantly, your room is not directly facing the busy interstate. Overall, a great stay!
