  This was an exceptionally wonderful place to stay. The rooms are suites and the king-sized bed was so comfy! It's connected to Jeremiah's Lodge (also a nice restaurant). The landscaping and lounge area behind the rooms was exceptionally beautiful and pristine! So convenient right off of exit 344. I would recommend to anyone wanting to stay in Ogden!

  Never again. Will we stay or recommend anybody stay at this establishment? Due to such fictitious information that was given to the employees that stayed there. The last time we would sure love to speak to the owners in reference to this nonsensical, miscellaneous that we've gone through

  These individuals are passing out fictitious information. Trying to make themselves look better than what they are absolutely atrocious. Business completely unprofessional, and the ladies on the phone are absolutely disrespectful. It's such a shame because the last time we stayed there. We were treated with the utmost respect and left the best reviews. And now, we're being told that we were liars, completely unprofessional way of handling business out of all the best westerns we stayed at throughout all the years. This was the first 12 receive a one star review. Due to the services provided, when we tried to conduct business again.

  While we came in town on business to conduct local business, we stayed at this establishment before, and the manager blatantly lied about the company us. The employees are absolutely disgusted, especially after we had left such a great review. We've never been disrespected like this before. At any Best Western ever, as they try and to claim some kind of protocols that were fictitious, making falseified statements stating that somebody almost got hurt, which is absolutely impossible as we have camera footage of an individual at the hotel blatantly unplugging one of the company trucks, and we let it go due to the simple fact that the hotel had treated us so right, but as we called to reserve another room. Because we were back in town on business. Not only were we disrespected by the lady on the phone who didn't want to give us the time of day and wanted to rush us off the phone, absolutely no good customer service. Especially for high-end members, it is pretty atrocious and sad that the owners would let something as such happen. We've never left such a bad review for a Best Western before. But we do believe there is a first time for everything we know. The owners probably won't care, nor try to resolve the situation, but it is what it is.

  An absolute bunch of liars. After our company was treated amazingly, just like we are at any other best. Western This company wanted to lie, especially after somebody blatantly unplugged. Our work truck and the hotel manager lied and said somebody tripped over the Mat and unplugged it when we have it on camera as do they. And if they were to review the footage, they would know that the manager blatantly lied, trying to make our company look like a bad company. When every other Best Western in the nation is familiar with our company, the owners should be ashamed for treating platinum members as if they were some kind of riff. Raft from a motel six, absolutely atrocious. We do not recommend this hotel for any local businesses conducting any business as they are absolute liars.
