- TUTom Uehling1 day ago2.0***Read to the end as this has been updated since owners response***** Low overall score due to customer service experience. I was charged two times for my stay. First for reservation then a second upon arrival. This WAS NOT the incidental deposit, I have all needed receipts of payment. When I contacted them the next day. Staff was unwilling to help. Now I have to go through my bank to get these charges taken care of appropriately. ***Update*** Being I cannot comment on the owner's response below. Information they commented is false information. I have receipts transactions and dates. My bank is resolving this issue, I sent them the receipts as the staff I spoke to was unwilling. NOW they want to see the receipts? Convenient to save face. It only further proves what I stated before. An unwillingness to help and work with the customer. I have receipts and bank statement charges clearly in my bank. I am curious. Did the owner turn off the ability to comment on their response?
