I didn't know where to go at first but then I saw the hotel. They immediately saw me on the cameras struggling, the sweetest women at the front desk gently supported me to the bathroom and then made sure my girls were safe! And then Marven went and picked up my husband from the airport because I couldn't. I was able to rest while waiting and received water and juice to help me feel better. I'm so grateful for kind people willing and able to support a stranger and her family. Especially when it could have interfered with their business. Today I experienced a miracle! Thank you! ❤️
- DRDo Not ReplyJun 22, 20265.0Good location. However this past weekend at this location was horrendous. No matter when I went to the front desk it clearly was like I was disturbing both women. The young lady who is expecting was very kind . I don't know what happened to the other young lady with the New York accent she was exceptionally welcoming .When we arrived she had received a call that her dog had passed away you could see the heartbreak in her eyes even with all that emotional pain she still managed to smile and made us welcome. As long as me and my family have been coming here no one has ever invited us to become members. She got us in early ,quickly providing room and location options stated the perks to becoming and IHG rewards member. WE SIGNED UP. She unloaded our luggage from the car and brought it to our room . NOW THATS OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE. Naomi also provided great service provided us with restaurant options. Nia was tolerable she's looks the guest as a transaction no more no less. We are guests not a transaction

And today lavina is just straight disrespectful I will not be coming back here. I will be contacting my HR department to make sure that they find all of us new accommodations
