My husband and I really enjoyed our stay at Voco Moab. The hotel had a clean, modern design and is well taken care of. The location is at the end of the main strip- minutes from dining, shopping, gas stations, and tour companies with red cliff views front and back! The staff is friendly and you can tell they really want their guests to have a great experience. Shailaja took wonderful care of us at the front desk (we had some back and forth due to a family emergency) and Anu was very attentive to us each day in the restaurant- even remembering our orders and engaging in conversation. We hope to come back to Moab again and will come back to Voco. We honestly did not have a single negative thing to say- wonderful experience, HIGHLY recommend staying here.

Very nice, clean hotel in a great location close to all of the outdoor activities the Moab area has to offer, while still being just a short drive from downtown Moab. Our room was spacious, spotless, and very comfortable. The beds were excellent, and we were pleasantly surprised by how quiet the room was. Our room faced the roadway, yet traffic noise was barely noticeable — something that is not always the case at many hotels. The indoor pool and hot tub area were very nice, and the fitness room was clean and well equipped. We also appreciated the in-room coffee pods as well as the complimentary coffee available in the lobby during breakfast hours. What stood out most was the customer service. We had a last-minute scheduling issue during our trip, and the on-site management handled everything promptly and professionally, which was greatly appreciated. Overall, we had an excellent stay and would definitely return when visiting Moab again.

We had a fantastic stay at the brand-new Voco in Moab! The entire property is modern, sleek, and exceptionally clean. Our room was impressively large and well-maintained, providing plenty of space to relax after a day of exploring. The highlights of the stay were: * **The Views:** Hands down the best view in the area. Waking up to the red rocks right outside the window was spectacular. * **The Service:** Every staff member we encountered was professional and welcoming. * **The Dining Experience:** A special thank you to our server, **Anu**, who provided exceptional service and made our meal truly memorable. If you’re looking for a fresh, high-end basecamp for your Moab adventures, this is it. We’ll definitely be back!

I recently stayed here and had a mixed experience. The hotel is new and clean, but I had two issues during my stay. First, the windows in the room were screwed and glued shut and could not be opened for fresh air. Staff said this was to keep flies out, although the windows had screens, so that explanation didn’t fully make sense to me. The room also had a noticeable fragrance, which I found unpleasant, especially since I’m sensitive to strong scents. Being unable to ventilate the room made that worse. Second, the noise insulation seemed extremely limited. I could clearly hear a neighboring guest snoring and conversations and footsteps from the room above. It was loud enough that I needed earplugs and headphones to sleep. One smaller note: the bath products contained sulfates fairly high on the ingredient list. For a hotel in this price range, I would have expected more eco-conscious or higher-quality products. Overall, the building is clean and rooms are large, but people who are sensitive to noise, fragrances, or who like fresh air in hotel rooms may want to keep these things in mind.

We are really enjoying our stay at Voco. The service is great. We have paid for breakfast a couple times at the vault and it’s always delicious with wonderful service from Anu. I would deduct a half star because 1. Small smears on the wall next to the toilet and 2. Not the greatest shampoo/ conditioner in room and the hairdryer is ear splitting on high 3. The AC is a bit loud. High marks as a base camp though as the rooms are massive with lots of room for gear. I even tried the hot tub today and it was lovely. Fridge in room was nice as was the coffee & tea maker and it was no big deal to use the communal microwave (though the sign says you can ask for a microwave to be brought to your room). It is just minutes south of town though so if you want to be able to just walk out the hotel and to shops, you can’t do that from here.
