  The reservation here was not under my name, but under my friend's name. We stayed here for 3 night and I was very pleased. Most specially the bathroom - they got everything right! Low level bath tub making it easy to get in and out, handle bar on one side of the tub which is helpful for old people, a lot of space for toiletries. The hotel is brand new and very clean. The staff that I consider the star of this place is Anu - helpful in everyway and very smart in carrying out a conversation with us! She was amazing. I had to personally look for her and say goodbye when we checked out! The only comment i have is that our room did not have a luggage rack. But otherwise, it was one of the best places we have stayed at in this road trip the past 6 weeks!

  The location in Moab is perfect. It gives us easy access to The Arches, Canyonlands, and Dead Horse. It's also close to downtown where we shopped and ate. The hotel is well-maintained and clean. We loved starting our day with a hearty, tasty breakfast. The highlight is Anu! She has taken our breakfast order each morning. She's a positive ray of sunshine and kindness. When she heard my hoarse voice, she suggested peppermint tea; it was delicious! I hope hotel management realizes how wonderful she is!

  I stayed at this hotel for 2 nights and had breakfast and dinner at the restaurant both days. Anu at the restaurant was amazing and made our stay very memorable. She remembered what we ordered and understood exactly what we needed. She was always kind, fast, and responsive. I strongly encourage the management to consider promoting her because she provides excellent service and hospitality. If I choose to come back to this hotel, it would be because of her hospitality. Thank you, Anu, for taking such good care of us!

  Our stay at voco Moab was perfect. Our room was spacious, comfortable, and very clean. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. The view out our window was so pretty and the sunset view is quite stunning. The location just outside of the busy downtown area is perfect. The service can't be beat. Anu was so kind to us, making sure that we were happy with our food, our room, and our overall experience. Her personal touch and her smile made the stay at voco truly exceptional. She went above and beyond in making everything just right. When you hate to say goodbye to someone at your hotel you know that you received exceptional service. We were sad to say goodbye to Anu. I absolutely recommend voco Moab.

  The room was fine. We took advantage of the laundry room, which was pretty convenient and useful despite slow credit card approval time. The one thing that bothered me most was the restaurant. We chose it as a convenient option at the end of a long day. We ordered two different versions of their chicken sandwich, which were both well presented but failed on the main component: the chicken. It was a low quality chicken patty, deep fried, and was cold. Very disappointing for the price. I hope this gets better for future guests. Also, for some guests- the bar was right there, but not open. We were told it's a "new property" and the bar would not be open for at least a couple of weeks. We got the impression that this is pretending to be an upscale hotel, but it's just not living up to that. Based on this experience we would not recommend it.
