    We stayed three nights recently and were very pleased with everything. Room quality, maid service, breakfast, but especially the staff. All were willing to happily help with our questions and if they weren’t sure, would find out. One in particular, possibly Jill, may have been the best hotel employee I have ever witnessed. Incredible attitude, all while making guests feel welcome and helping other staff learn the system. Well done, everyone!

    Always reliable IHG property. Clean, quiet, easy check in, lots of parking. Great customer service by front desk (extra blanket, where to eat, etc.) Close to downtown for restaurants & quirky shops. Also not far to Arches Natl. Park.

    Friendly staff at check in. Single king room was spacious and clean. Bathroom was well lit, shower fully enclosed (no wet floors!). Good amount of storage, seating, etc in the room. Comfortable bed and linens. Well lit parking lot.

    My wife and I were greeted very warmly by the general manager. We immediately received a room in the executive suite due to being IHG Platinum Elite members. The suite was HUGE! Very quiet and right by the stairs. The king size bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was fantastic! This hotel should be rated three stars as opposed to two. I really don’t understand why it’s not. It’s in a great location and we feel very safe here. Five stars all around! Please keep up the good work! 🇺🇸👍🏻😎🐝

    The AC in the hotel could not keep up with the heat. Out room felt like a sauna all night Then in the morning, a guy sounded on our door at 9am despite check out being at 11. He didn't say anything, just sounded twice. Wasn't even in a uniform. As a guy, I can handle myself but if my wife was alone, she would have been freaked out. I asked to speak with the manager to see what the deal was with this. She was too busy apparently. The guy at the front said this is what hotels do. I have over 100 hotel nights a year and this is not what is done. I asked the manager to call me. She never did.
