  Our family of four had a wonderful stay at the Best Western Canyonlands. The hotel is in a central part of town, close to restaurants and cafes. The rooms were cleaned daily and the staff did a very good job; thank you Rosa and Carlos. The breakfast team were so friendly and we enjoyed dining on the patio; my kids loved the pancake machine. The salt water pool was clean and fun for the kids. We would happily stay here again.

  Parfait. Des chambres propres et spacieuses. Une belle grande piscine , un superbe jacuzzi. Un petit déjeuné classique …mais…quel adorable service. Diego se coupe en quatre pour vous, à un mot aimable pour chacun. Bravo. Bien entendu l’emplacement est absolument parfait, près des parcs nationaux…mais surtout en plein centre de Moab. Avec restaurants et shopping juste à côté. Bref après de nombreux autres essais à Moab…j’ai trouvé mon point de chute.

  The friendliest staff from Reception to housekeeping. Every space is spotless and beautifully designed and laid out. Pool and hot tub are the perfect place to relax. Perfect location in town with easy parking and walkable to anything in Moab. Best free breakfast and breakfast staff possible. Espresso machine in lobby serves delicious hot vanilla and coffee and chocolate drinks 24 hours a day. Perfect stay.

  Excellent budget hotel, BWPluses are really a decent value at this end of the hotel market. Right downtown, so you can walk most anywhere (in the heat), rooms and common areas were very clean. Tons of kids in the pool at all times, but the hotel can't really be blamed for that - just be advised if you're a child free couple looking to relax after a long day😊 The front desk gals were awesome and helpful, and Jorge and the breakfast crew were unbelievable. Any hotel in the country would be proud to have them (looking at you, Hyatt Place St Paul...). Always on top of a wonderful free breakfast spread. Hot coffee, fresh eggs and meats, great job guys.

  Outstanding Service & Hospitality – Felicia, Shawn, Alicia and Jorge are Absolute Gems! We had an incredible stay at the Best Western Plus Canyonlands Inn! The hotel itself is fantastic—the rooms are super cozy and kept spotlessly clean, and the location is ideal. What truly sets this hotel apart, however, is the extraordinary customer service. A massive shoutout to Felicia and Shawn, who went above and beyond anything we could have expected. We were stranded at the Arches National Park Visitor Center for three long hours, struggling to find an Uber or any other form of transportation to get back. In a bit of desperation, we called the hotel front desk to ask for help. Felicia and Shawn came to our rescue and picked our family up! That level of care and willingness to help guests out of a tough spot is the absolute gold standard of customer service. These two deserve all the kudos in the world! Additionally, the breakfast spread here is easily the absolute best. A special thanks to Jorge, who is a total gem at the breakfast restaurant and makes sure everyone starts their day off right. Thank you to the entire team for making our family’s trip so memorable and welcoming. We cannot recommend this place enough and will definitely be back!
