  Hotel was very conveniently located. Staff was very kind and helpful. The rooms were spacious, clean, and modern. Beds were comfortable. I'd stay here agin.

  The hotel was average, but the customer service I received from the young, pretty girl at the front desk was amazing. I forgot to ask her name, but she looked really young to be working there. When we checked in, I mentioned that I wanted a room with a view of the mountains because we don't have mountains where I'm from. She went out of her way to make sure we had the best mountain view possible. During our stay, the fire alarm went off, so I didn't get much sleep. The next morning, I spoke with her about it, and she was incredibly kind. She offered us a late checkout and even let me pick something from the amenity store, which I thought was such a thoughtful gesture. I will definitely be coming back to this hotel because of the outstanding customer service she provided.

  There was a med pitch heavy noise that continued throughout the night. It came from outside. I couldn’t sleep all night and had to call the front desk around 3am to ask to change the room to the other side of the building. The young lady said that she didn’t have the authority to change the room. My solution was to ask for a comforter so I can sleep in the bathroom. This morning I let the front desk know the situation. The person at the front desk was very understanding and offered whatever she could to make me feel better. I walked away with a few cold drinks for the drive and 1000points. I wanted to ask for my money back because I was so irritated from lack of sleep. This never happened to me before. However I knew that the problem was the lack of sound insulation and not the workers problem. I appreciated the service people at the hotel but I don’t think I will ever stay here again.

  This is the best hotel I’ve been to in a long time. The beds were comfortable, and we slept well. The breakfast was really good. But the outstanding thing was the customer service provided by the night clerk, Lorraine. I had a problem checking in initially. She didn’t stop until she fixed my issue. She showed genuine caring. I also had interactions with the manager and an IHG rep, and they were helpful and nice. I’ve been traveling a lot lately, and I’ve been looking at hotel rewards programs wanting to pick one chain to stay at all the time. Some places have fancy commercials but absolutely horrible, careless customer service (I’m looking at you, Hilton), and other places know what’s important: how you treat people and providing a great place to stay. I’ll be booking at Holiday Inn and other IHG properties going forward. Thank you!
