She called room at 1045 and said get your ducks in a row and be gone by time keys quit working. I tried to talk to her and she put her hand in my face and yelled at me.

Im in a wheelchair and paralyzed dont appreciate being treated the way she treated me. It's completely unacceptable.

The staff was so kind greeting me so late at night and I felt completely safe and joyful to be somewhere that was so clean. I will never in my life stay anywhere else other than the Holiday Inn. Anywhere else I ever stay is an immediate regret and I just love every time I stay with them so much. Thank you for being one of the only hotels left with actual good service and clean rooms. I love the Holiday Inn hotels more than I could ever say.
