  ⭐️ -100 stars if I could — The worst hotel experience I have ever had This was, without a doubt, the worst experience I have ever had staying at a hotel, and I would strongly advise against staying at this property. During our stay, a male employee knocked once on the door of our occupied room and then opened the door and entered, despite a privacy/Do Not Disturb sign and a handwritten note on the door. I was not fully dressed and he saw me in my underwear. This was an extremely invasive violation of my privacy and made me feel unsafe in a place where I should have felt secure. What happened afterward was even more disturbing. When I raised my concerns, the manager was rude, dismissive, and condescending toward me from the beginning. On July 28, the situation escalated when she yelled at me, told me to “shut up,” pointed at me, and got directly in my face in an intimidating and aggressive manner while I was holding my baby. I was shocked and deeply upset by the way I was treated. This experience caused me significant stress and anxiety, affected my sleep and appetite, and completely changed how safe and comfortable I felt during our stay. This was not a simple housekeeping issue or an unpleasant interaction. It involved my privacy, my dignity, and my sense of safety, followed by extremely unprofessional and aggressive treatment from management when I spoke up. I formally reported the incidents and escalated the matter to IHG Guest Relations. While an apology was eventually offered, I do not consider the matter adequately resolved. Guests deserve privacy, respect, and professional treatment—especially when they raise serious concerns. Unfortunately, that was not my experience here. I would never stay at this property again and cannot recommend it.

  Absolutely horrible beds. Hard and uncomfortable. The hotel advertised that they sleep for in the room but it's a queen size bed with a tiny full-size completely thin and dumpy couch bed. My adult size children couldn't sleep. The maid entered our room without even knocking them left and came Back and knocked first. We stood at the front desk for at least 20 min without being helped at 12:50pm. We asked for extra blankets and pillows to try to make the bed more comfortable and the heavyset girl at the front desk told us how I was going to take her at least 20 minutes to do it and how it was quite a hassle for her to do it. It was like she was trying to guilt trip us for needing a pillow and blanket. There is a young blonde haired guy at the front desk on one of our days of our week long stay here and he was nice and polite but overall it just wasn't a great experience. We've seen this hotel before and we thought it was nice but it seems like it's really gone downhill in the last few years

  Stayed in the Staybridge Suites for the first time. The kitchen in the room is really nice. The breakfast and Happy Hour exceeded our expectations. We also enjoyed the pool and the gym.
