The front desk lady (blonde with sunglasses on her head) was rude and tried to twist what was said to make it sound like I hadn't done what I clearly did, so I corrected her. Instead of helping, it felt argumentative and unprofessional. The noise was nonstop — traffic outside and people stomping around above made it almost impossible to relax or sleep. Cleanliness was also an issue. There was hair in the tub and on the floor, which should never be acceptable in a guest room. For the price and expectations that come with staying here, this was not a clean, peaceful, or pleasant experience. I won't be returning.
