  Terms and conditions are super misleading for cancellations. The cancellation window varies widely between “Villas” (72 hours) and “Homes” (14 days) but they don’t make it clear which policy applies to your specific booking. Ended up getting 0 refund because I had booked a “Home” and was given no partial refund even after pointing out how misleading their terms and conditions are.

  Golf course bad shape. 465 dollars for 2 people for one round not worth the money. Course in bad condition I can play a course at home in Texas for 85 per person and the course conditions blow this course away. The views are great and the water is great and the restaurant but charging this amount of money for a these course conditions is robbery. If you want good course with great conditions with great price go to Ledges Golf course.

  Love this place! Location - near the state park! The Grill was great food & drinks! Pool was nice and chilly after a HOT day! Super nice place to stay!

  The views at this place are incredible! Everywhere you look there's a view of the beautiful golf course or the mountains. We had a rooftop view and could see everything it was absolutely amazing. We stayed in all decked out! It was beautiful very spacious and had everything we needed. Our own private pool at the entry of the house and a rooftop deck incredible. Staff was extremely friendly and very accommodating. The location is insane if you're here to go off-road! You are literally right across the street from Sand Hollow National Park and minutes away from entry points to the trails. The location we stayed in was very spacious beautiful and had everything, we would really have loved some blinds to block out the sun and some better pillows for a better night's rest after ripping the dunes all day! Highly recommend
