  I stay at best western between 50 to 100 times a year I work In coalville my wife use to work here Im very use to the property. Me and my wife sometimes stay just to swim. We live in wyoming but I got a room for my daughter as a surprise for her anniversary. I called a bunch over hours no answer then a young lady answered was too busy to talk I wanted them to be able to check in. Then I asked if I can come at 2 and check in she said there wasn't a single clean room. Knowing what was going on I drove down and sure enough she is too busy with her friend in the lobby. Completely unacceptable. My wife said I garrentee she wont offer a water being I am the highest member possible. Nope just said basics and wanted to get back to her friend. Totally unprofessional. I dont expect anything but to just lie to me because your too busy to get on the computer is not ok. So I had to drive 200 miles round trip to grab a key because she is too busy gossiping. Needless ill be staying in evanston form here on out.

  I had a terrible experience at Best Western Holiday Hills. I prepaid for a King Suite, but both A/C units in the suite did not work after we arrived and the room became unbearably hot (90+ degrees) after being told by the front desk staff to wait 2-3 hours after their electricity came back on to make sure the a/c just needed to catch up after being shut off. The hotel eventually downgraded my family to a lower-priced Double Queen room (after requesting it THREE TIMES), yet in the end I was still charged the full King Suite price — and they even charged me an additional amount just to move rooms BECAUSE THEIR A/C UNITS DIDN'T WORK. I have had to dispute the charges with my credit card and am still fighting to get the difference refunded. What makes this even more frustrating is that the hotel responded to my credit card dispute by citing a cancellation policy, even though I NEVER cancelled my reservation and stayed all three nights. My dispute is simply because I paid for a King Suite and received a cheaper Double Queen room so I requested the price difference between the two. The owner also never contacted me as promised by the front desk staff to resolve the problem because I was told he was out of town. I would be extremely cautious about prepaid reservations here. In my experience, the way this was handled was completely unacceptable and felt very dishonest. I don't mind if electricity is shut off temporarily. Stuff happens. The electricity was fixed and turned back on eventually... I don't mind if the a/c units didn't work in the suite. Stuff happens... What I mind was the extreme rudeness by one of the ladies at the front desk for our entire stay, being promised we would be contacted by the owner and that never happened either, and then having to fight for the $89 difference between prepaying for a King Suite and being downgraded to a Double Queen. I didn't think what I was asking for was unreasonable. But any support I asked from this hotel was apparently out of the question. I will never stay at this place again and neither will any of my friends and family.

  Excellent service, great place to stay. Very Clean & quiet. Great at accommodating families!

  Had a decent experience at the property. Room was clean and smelt good. But was unfortunate that when we went their pool and hot tub were closed. We booked the hotel really hoping to swim at the property with our son. Their ice machine was also broken and when i called the property I asked if they had freezers in the fridge and was told they did and after checking in they did not. One of the front desk laddies was super rude to us. I asked for a partial refund due to not have amenities promised and they refused it so frustrated with that.
