  A prima vista la struttura veramente grande sembra quasi un parco divertimenti molto affollato ma poi ci si accorge che tutto viene organizzato molto bene. Certo si perde un po quel ‘feeling’ che altri alberghi più sperduti possono darti ma il servizio molto presente ti aiuta nel soggiorno nel migliore dei modi. Cena e colazione sono serviti in una struttura molto carina anche molto affollata. Sì viene accompagnati al tavolo ed possibile servirsi del buffet oppure ordinare a là carte. La camera con due letti queen è spaziosa ed il bagno ha anche una finestra, cosa non scontata per un albergo. Posizione perfetta per visitare il Bryce Canyon.

  I was there with a group and I understand the rooms were not supposed to be ready until 4 PM but it was amazing how the rooms were never ready before then and all of a sudden at four magically 20 rooms were available. But service was fast at the front desk, they did do a good job. The room was just OK, but there were some unusual things, like they had a separate sink in the bathroom, but there was no bars of soap so if you wanted to wash your hands, you had to walk about 10 feet to get some soap off the wall and then walk back to wash your hands. The big problem was the air conditioner was broken and they supposedly fixed it but my friend took it apart to show me how the fan bearings were completely shot so it sounded like a truck going through the room. We actually just turned it off the second night. We didn’t try the dinner, but the breakfast buffet was not great. It reminded me of food that we used to serve to the homeless so the second day we didn’t even bother. Location was great and it was a cool place but kind of a letdown.

  Hotel antiguo pero pintoresco. Las habitaciones necesitan una actualización urgente (al menos las del bloque La Ponderosa) El ruido del aire acondicionado (antiguo), la nevera y de las otras habitaciones, junto con camas incomodas hace muy difícil descansar. Lo peor era el olor de la habitación. Lo mejor el desayuno y la hubicacion para visitar el Bryce Canyon.. Muy caro para lo que ofrece a los huéspedes.

  We had a wonderful experience at Best Western Plus Ruby’s Inn. It’s a great place to stay, especially when traveling with a group. The location is excellent, the breakfast was very good, and everything worked perfectly for our group. A very special thank you to Grecia Olivas, who made the entire reservation process smooth and easy. She is incredibly kind, helpful, responsive, and a pleasure to communicate with. If you’re planning a group stay, definitely ask for Grecia — she made organizing everything so much easier for us! Highly recommended, especially for group travel!

  Great location and very convenient to everything, which was definitely a plus! The room itself seemed clean and was a good size. However, the musty smell was the main reason my family and I were not completely satisfied with our stay. The carpet and AC seemed to contribute to the odor, and the room also felt a little dark. We even bought an air freshener hoping it would help, but unfortunately, it didn’t make much of a difference. The smell was strong enough that we ended up sleeping with our faces covered so we could get some rest before our hike the next day. We’re giving our stay a 6/10 instead of a 5 because the staff and team members were very pleasant, friendly, and accommodating. We also enjoyed the food at the Cowboy’s Restaurant, which helped make the overall experience satisfactory. Would we stay again? We would consider it because of the convenient location and great service. However, we really hope the carpets are replaced or updated and the musty smell is addressed. That would make a huge difference in the overall comfort of the rooms.
