Not to be rude, but if this is the best hotel in Bryce Canyon City, then there's work that needs to be done. Sure the rooms were clean, but the person who I was with said the pillows were unbearable. But the biggest problem was the service and the weirdly strict rules. Laundry wasn't 24 hours, which, there's no reason it shouldn't have been with it being in a room and not out in the open. The people at the desk weren't friendly, and neither were the people at the breakfast. Oh yeah, breakfast. Pre-made waffles that didn't taste good, and one of the overall most lackluster breakfasts I've ever had. Best to stay at an AirBNB if going to Bryce Canyon.
We thought it was an excellent hotel. Friendly staff, great variety on food selection for the breakfast. We are a family of 4 so one weird thing we GREATLY appreciated were two bathroom sinks that were also located outside the shower and toilet. It allowed for an easy morning process to get ready for a full day of hikin. Great hotel

We had an excellent stay. Breakfast was amazing with lots of options. Always smiling staff. The room was clean.Ambience was good. 2 mins walk to the shuttle bus which takes approx 10 mins to the bryce national park entrance. 5 mins walk to the market area mainly Rubys inn where we get several food options, but they are mainly american food. A reasonable price as well. Overall , a beautiful place to stay. Highly highly recomend.

Perfect location for Bryce Canyon! Located right at the entrance of the park, we had a room with beautiful views of the forest of trees. Rooms are basic, clean, and have daily service. Everyone working at this hotel is very welcoming. We loved the pool, especially after long days of hiking. The breakfast truly can't be beat! It's more like a restaurant, honestly. I'm so glad I booked Best Western Plus!
If you only read one review about this hotel, it should be this one.
My husband and I stayed 1 night here. We cancelled our reservation at a cheaper hotel because we wanted to treat ourselves to what we thought would be an upscale experience. Out of 6 hotels we stayed at during our NPS trip, this hotel, at $240/night, was by far the most expensive and by far the worst.
When we arrived at 6pm, the automatic sliding doors to the lobby were stuck nearly shut. A single person could pass through, but the opening was too small for even a luggage trolley. The front desk was notified; no one came over. Several guests including us struggled with the door until one male guest was finally able to force the doors open for a moment until they began to close on another guest. Had there been an emergency, like a fire, it would have been very dangerous.
Shortly after, my husband tried to make himself a coffee at the lobby espresso machine. Only water came out. He alerted the front desk.
We then went to Bryce for their evening programs. About 6 hours later, around midnight, we were about to head deeper into the park for stargazing but agreed that refueling with a coffee would be a good idea. To avoid coming all the way back to a broken coffee maker, I decided to call the front desk to ask if it had been fixed. I called 3 times and no one answered. We decided to drive back anyway.
When we arrived, the night manager, Tammy, was at the front desk. I told her the phone may be broken as I had tried to call, and she looked at me completely expressionless and seemed annoyed that I was talking to her. I found the coffee machine still broken and alerted her to this, and still without any emotion, she said "That's for the kitchen." I asked her what she meant by that and she said "The kitchen fixes the coffee machine and they are not here until tomorrow." I asked if there was a carafe of coffee or something and she shook her head, then questioned if we were guests at the hotel. The entire interaction was extremely cold, unfriendly, and inhospitable.
But wait, there's more! The side door of the hotel doesn't latch, meaning any person can enter without a key. The second floor ice machine beeped incessantly the entire time we were there. Our bedskirts were torn. I could go on and on.
I emailed Eric Syrett, the GM who responds to all of these reviews, 5 minutes after checkout. He took 3 days to reply to my email and said he hoped we'd give them another chance. I replied and asked for a partial refund to make things right. It's been a week and I haven't heard back.
Save your money and go somewhere else. You won't be a valued guest here.
