    The shower was disgusting... Pubic hairs all over, water overflowed onto the floor, not sure the bathroom floor ever gets clean. The bathroom sink overflow drain has never been cleaned, black gunk... absolutely disgusting. I was extremely unhappy when they offered a $20 compensation after the room was over $300. Never staying there again!

    Very clean and nice stay. The staff was great and Johnathon at the front desk was friendly and welcoming. I would definitely recommend this place and come back.

    Second time staying here. Great location near the freeway and a convenient store. Arrived late and the TV streaming wasn’t working. I mentioned it to Jo at checkout — he apologized and offered points and credits. What mattered most was that he listened and cared about improving the experience. Will definitely come back again and again.

    $250/night is a bit much for what i got. I expect it's cheaper in other seasons and when there isn't a major event going on though. But if they're going to increase prices they should also make sure the rooms are maintianed. While nice enough, there was residue on the bathroom wall leading me to believe they clean most of the place, just not the walls. Barely visible in the pic but it's there. Also the air vent was falling and covered in dust. Clearly not maintained. And the chair didn't take much downward force to nearly tip over in the locked position with a very sharp desk behind it. Overall not a bad stay just too expensive for what you get. Hopefully it's a little cheaper during other parts of the year.

    We had driven over 900 miles and when we arrived the staff was welcoming and helpful. The building was clean and inviting, even the elevator was roomy enough for people and the trolly. The beds were comfortable and plenty of pillows and towels. This was the cleanest nicest place we stayed.
