  I was really excited to stay at this hotel. We’ve stayed in other Holiday Inn Express hotels before and have never been disappointed but this time was a different experience. The room was nice and clean but after we fell asleep at around 1:00 a.m., we were woken by a loud non-stop beeping sound in the hallway. I tried to ignore it but it was still going off at 3:00 a.m. I called the front desk and told them about it and they said they’d take care of it/check it out. But it didn’t stop until 9:00 a.m., when we were getting ready to check out. I’m not sure if it was an alarm or the ice machine or what but we slept terribly. It was even louder in the hallway. I am pretty disappointed and don’t think we will be staying there again. I doubt any other guests were able to sleep with that sound. I just wish they would have fixed it when they said they would.

  Location was nice and right off the highway! Lots of options for breakfast and they even offered to- go containers which came in handy when leaving early in the morning.

  Very nice hotel. Clean comfortable rooms. Smoke free building. Good breakfast food with gluten free options. The one big disappointment we had is we went to the pool at the end of a tiring day and found they have no hot tub.

  Kendra checked me in and she was terrific. Friendly, polite and helpful. Minutes after i got into the room she ran me up a tv remote because my room was without one. The room was clean and comfy. The fitness center was great. The elliptical i used was horrible noisy but it got the job done. The luggage cart i used the next day was also excruciatingly noisy too and needs to be replaced. Edited to add: I stayed here 2 weeks later. Same terrific check-in with Kendra. The room was comfy but the shower was tackily repaired. And we were given a frayed floor mat. Breakfast the next morning was really good, very fresh and tasty.

  Had a reservation for "2" bed room, had it reserved...., we got a bed and a couch. After an 13 hour drive, sleeping on a pull out couch, "is not a bed of comfort". Disappointed that in 2026, there's "overbooked" rooms still. I think it's about time to stop with those "gray area" games. And to be told, "I t is a 2 bed - room, technically, when we went back down to say, it was a single bed only, and be told that, is even more frustrating upon arriving at 10:15pm at night
