  I typically choose Best Western Plus hotels because I usually have a consistently good experience, but unfortunately, this stay was very different. From the outside, the hotel looks nice and seems to be in a good location. The lobby and hallway to our room were also decent. However, once we got into the room, it was a major disappointment. The first thing I noticed was a strong smell, like someone had been smoking in the room. The bathroom was filthy—there was urine on the toilet, the walls were dirty with visible streaks, and the floors didn’t look like they had been mopped in quite some time. The countertop and shower were also dirty. While the towels appeared to be changed, it didn’t seem like the room itself had actually been cleaned. I didn’t complain at the time since we were only staying one night, but looking back, I really should have. Overall, very disappointing compared to what I’ve come to expect from Best Western Plus.

  Nice rooms, within walking distance to restaurants. Great place to stay for the night. Worth the extra $20 a night to stay here.

  Overall pretty good but the desk staff won't allow us parking our car with a small trailer in their lot even though they weren't busy and had plenty of space. We had to park on the street where we could see the car and haul everything from the street which was further away. The staff was rigid, just following the rules eventhough there was plenty of space in their parking lot.

  Very nice hotel room and the staff is wonderful. They have a very good breakfast and even gluten-free waffles which my son and I really love.
