Had to go to the front desk help me find my clothes they took out but they had thrown the other items away. I figured it was a mistake so I talked to the front desk when I checked out and they gave me the number to a manager. I wasn’t frustrated until explaining what happened they basically said “sorry about that but we aren’t gonna do anything about it.” I understand mistakes happen but it’s not good business to not make it up to the customer.
