- AGAshley G1 day ago5.0We stayed 3 nights for a wedding nearby. Isaac was super helpful and friendly helping us with our late check in and all our questions! Anytime we needed something he was graciously accommodating. The room was immaculately clean! And quite large! We had plenty of space and felt very comfortable. The neighborhood was safe and close to everything we needed. Breakfast had plenty of yummy options. There’s an unending supply of Andes mints at the front desk which is awesome!!! Pool was open till 11 which is nice after long days. We would definitely stay here again! Thank you to Isaac and the rest of the team!

He checked me in, got me signed up to receive perks from my stay and made a complete difference in my trip. I had dinner plans and during rush hour traffic I did not want to be looking down at my phone for directions to the restaurant, Isaac went to his car and let me borrow his iPhone cable so I could use the Apple CarPlay in my rental car. This is not standard service and I definitely appreciated his generosity. I left earlier this morning and forgot to grab my receipt. I ended up calling back this evening and he made sure I received a receipt via email. Thank you Isaac, you made a big difference in my trip.

Only thing I wasn't a big fan of was the room I booked was a suite, and it was right in front the elevator, so I kept hearing people coming in and out of it throughout the night. Normally suites are at/near the end of the halls in hotels.

I found myself locked out of a nearby building after hours with my phone and keys trapped inside. Sammie Munoz went completely out of his way to help, letting us use his phone and the hotel computer to try to reach someone who could assist. When that didn't work and his shift was ending, he even offered to drive me home so I could get what I needed to get back in. He didn't have to do any of that, especially for someone who wasn't a guest. His kindness and willingness to help says a lot about his character and the team at this Holiday Inn Express. Thank you, Sammie, for going above and beyond. Outstanding customer service and an even better human being.
