  Very clean facilities and rooms. Reasonably priced for how nice the hotel is. Staff is very polite and helpful.

  We have stayed here before for my daughter’s graduation on 6/5/26 and by far this is the best hotel in the area, it’s secluded so it’s nice and quiet and the rooms are always nice and clean, my kids enjoyed cooling off at the pool! The housekeepers do an amazing job! Kelly is by far the greatest when it comes to the Front Desk and Hospitality Customer Service part. The prices are affordable and I love the fact that each room has a sofa bed! We have now stayed here again on 8/22/26 for my Sister’s birthday so she can visit the Dr. Pepper Museum and Kelly definitely just added the extra sprinkles to the cake by her exceptional Customer Service and acknowledgment of my sister’s birthday with a card and a little goodie bag. The complimentary breakfast is always delicious and there is a variety. Everyone is so welcoming and friendly and very professional, this is Hospitality at its finest and they go over and beyond for the guests. We will be staying here at Staybridge from now on for our family Waco trips!! You guys are the greatest!!! Keep up the amazing job!!!

  An Absolute Gem in Waco with Incredible Staff! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had a wonderful stay in Waco, and it was entirely thanks to the incredible team. A huge, heartfelt thank you to Kelly, Ms Peggy, and Ms Jodi for going above and beyond to make us feel so welcome. From their warm and genuine hospitality the moment we walked in to their exceptional care throughout our visit, they truly made our trip special. If you are planning a trip to Waco and want to stay somewhere where you are treated like family, this is the place to be. We will definitely be back!

  Ms. Jodi hands down the best! This lady will go above and beyond to help you and make your stay the best possible. My husband and I travel for work and have been here since January and this is the best hotel we've been at during our travels by far. If you have any concerns she is on it to resolve any issues or concerns you may have. The overnight audit lady Ms. Jen is the same way, super friendly. I could name drop alot really, the best staff in Waco area is at this hotel.

  Our stay was okay overall. When we first arrived, the comforters and sheets on both beds smelled like body odor and had hair on them, making it seem like they hadn't been washed. That was definitely disappointing. However, Greyson at the front desk completely turned the experience around. Even though he was busy helping other guests and working on other tasks, he was incredibly friendly, apologetic, and helpful. He quickly got us two sets of clean sheets and comforters and even came back to pick up the dirty bedding. His customer service was excellent and greatly appreciated. The breakfast the next morning was another highlight. There was a great variety of options, and everything we tried was enjoyable. While the cleanliness of the room upon arrival needs improvement, Greyson's outstanding service and the quality of the breakfast made our stay better than it otherwise would have been.
