My daughter had forgotten some uniforms for her school team on a recent stay. The house keeping staff located them and Michael and crew got them shipped out to us. Can't say enough good things about the staff there. Thank you for bailing us out in such a quick efficient manner. So quick to help us out!!

The hotel offers comfortable accommodations, free Wi-Fi, complimentary hot breakfast, an indoor pool, and a fitness center. The location is convenient for exploring the Lubbock area, and the overall atmosphere is welcoming and relaxing. It is a great option for both business and family trips, and I would be happy to stay here again.
- NANoel Hartley AndersonAug 23, 20261.0Update* spoke with manager directly and he refunded us. Thank you! *bug warning* If I could leave no stars I would. We booked this room through Priceline and upon arrival into our room found black specks all over sheets and pillowcases (first signs of Bed Bugs) as well as a shoe print and hair under the comforter on the sheets. When we promptly left the room and asked to checkout, Alize at the front desk told us that we would have to contact Priceline for a refund. Upon calling today, the hotel has blocked our refund and even though Priceline would issue it, the hotel won’t allow it. Truly wild experience, drove to a different hotel immediately. DO NOT STAY HERE!
- DTDaniel TarinAug 11, 20261.0Pool and fitness center closed due to renovations however at no point during my 3 night stay have i noticed any renovation work going on and pool is half way filled with stagnant water. Room door jams have been damage by break in attempts and you can clearly see into the rooms. Walls paper thin and rooms next to elevator can hear it coming up and down all night.
