  I was pleasantly surprised how much I enjoyed my stay. Our room was very clean, the staff was friendly, the bed was comfy, and the hot breakfast was a nice way to start our day. Although the parking lot is a little small, it was clean and well maintained. The room was quiet despite being so close to a highway. I travel often, and this is a top hotel stay for the price.

  Gave it a 3 star on location mostly because it's located off an very busy access road and the entrance is very narrow and not clearly marked. If you miss it you have to go all the way around the block through residential neighborhood or go to next turnaround and come back to try again.

  Very pleased. We stayed there for a Spurs game. We were able to check in early, thanks to Angie! The hotel and room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was fine. Highly recommended.

  Customer Service starts the experience before check-in! I called the morning of my arrival and asked for clarification if I could switch my payment method from debit card to credit card. I was told by Liz, they would wait until I checked in to run my card so I could switch my payment method. Not even 2 hours later the direct opposite happened. Then to make matters worse, I asked if the bill sent was all I had to pay. I was told yes. Only to find out at check-in that I had to pay for parking. There was no notice of this on the IHG app when I booked reservations. And the two customer service reps did not share this information either when I spoke with them. The room was okay. They could take time to dust more. It would definitely help since it is allergy season.
