  I came to stay with my friend for her birthday. I booked through vrbo and the place looked nice with a sitting area with a fire pit and a pool. The pool was drained and closed and the fire pit is on the pool area so it was inaccessible. The hallways on the second floor had a really weird smell. When we got into the room, it smelled better. The room seemd clean Other than the tub rusting out and caving in. The room was never cleaned/turned down while we stayed there so the trash cans were full and we never got clean towels. The bed is too stiff and uncomfortable that my friend and i woke up with sore backs.Luckily my friend lives in the area and we ended up sleeping and showering there. The breakfast was decent but the soft drinks and juice machine did not work both days we ate there. Did not think the price was worth the stay.

  My door didn't latch unless I slammed it, house keeping walked in @ 9:55 for a checkout time of 11 am, the pool was dry and damaged, the shower head pressure was low and couldn't be adjusted, the tv remote had no menu button so I couldn't access the guide without guessing the right channel number or use the hdmi port and the drink machine for breakfast was broken.

  ROACH MOTEL Woke up to find multiple baby roaches IN BED WITH ME! As well as about 4 adult roaches spread throughout the room. These roaches don't even run when you turn the lights on: meaning they own the place. I understand sometimes bugs just get in, but this level of roach infestation is completely unacceptable. Now I need to check my luggage to make sure there's no roaches trying to go home with me. Would not reccomend unless you have some strange fascination with roaches.

  DO NOT DO NOT DO NOT stay at this hotel. I wanted to sleep in my pickup after the first night and wash up in a public restroom after I saw the room. I wanted to stay near my daughter’s school and this was all that was available. The first impression was questionable. I stood at the front desk for 10 minutes before the front desk clerk came by to check me in. There was a used bandaid and fruit snack wrappers on the floor in the hallway the three days we walked those halls. The room didn’t have towels and the ones they gave us were dingy. The toilet looked awful, (mine didn’t look like that after 20 years when we took it out for a remodel) the tub was rusted and the caulking was molded, the shower walls looked dingy and brown, nothing like the online pics, the restroom ceiling had mold, the yellow lighting in the room was awful, the hotel in general smelled bad. Everything about the room was dirty, from the crumbs under the bar/dining area, the hair on the nightstand, the streaks on the vanity mirror, the doors and door handles looked so dirty, a quick wipe down every other cleaning would keep them from looking the way they do. They had a glade plugin plugged into one of the outlets in the hallway as if that was going to do anything to mask the odor. I don’t recommend staying here at all.

  By far the worst staybridge i have ever stayed in. My first and last time to ever stay here again. I needed a last minute room to rest while on my way to Oklahoma for work. Arrived at 2am to check in. Front door is locked had to ring a door bell on the door camera. Check in area was hot from no a/c. The Hotel attendant was not friendly. Got checked in and had to ask where the elevator was since i was on the 2nd floor. Was told i was in the building next door separate from main Hotel across the main parking lot. Went in the building and it was hot and sketchy and out of date. Got to room and a/c was making a loud noise for blower fan. Room had the old musty smell and was way out of date. Got settled in bed and had to close main to bedroom due to load a/c. Woke up and was on my morning work meeting and a roach crawled across the sheets on me. I jumped out of bed to find where it went. It had went into the extra pillows next to me. I raised the pillows i slept with and found another roach alive under them. At this point I started looking around to see if the dang room was covered in roaches or what. I left the bed mattress and discovered complete nasty disgusting reminisce. Jumped in the shower due to knowing roaches had been on in the bed with me. No HOT WATER!!!. Washed the best i could and checked out. I politely told the lady of my issues and acted as if it was normal. No apologies or anything. NOT NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THE HOTEL. I was very disappointed, felt disgusting, and morbidly horrified from my experience here. I can't believe IHG allows this happen. I stay at only IHG rewards Hotels at least 100 times a year for work and this was by far my worst experience ever. I hope everyone takes this review serious and doesn't have to go through what i did.
