- MLMaría LugoAug 5, 20261.0I booked this hotel for a single night just to get some rest, but I couldn’t even stay. The moment we walked into the room, there was a live cockroach writhing around in the kitchen. As we looked closer, we found dead bugs on the floor and even a live cricket. We tried to overlook it and give the room a chance, but when we laid down, there was another bug crawling across the pillow. To make matters worse, the bed smelled like urine. At that point, we packed our things and left. This was one of the most unsanitary hotel rooms I’ve ever seen, and I would not recommend staying here.

- JUJohn UlmerJun 21, 20263.0I've been here for 5 months and I'm supposed to be here to December is there a maintenance sucks right now we don't have hot water in certain rooms because of a computer glitch with their hot water heater system we haven't had hot water 4 over a week now and not just that but their Wi-Fi sucks it's a hit or miss if you can get on or not I have talked to the manager on several occasions and actually emailed her there are contractors here that are about to leave and she will be losing 30 to 50% of her clientele. As far as the staff they are wonderful they try to do everything they can to appease you. But it still falls back on the management
