  DO NOT STAY HERE!!! Me and my fiancé booked a room at this location and we knew something was off the second we walked in the front lobby. We got checked into our room and as soon as we walked in there was a horrible smell in the room and we noticed huge balls of hair on the carpet in 3 different places. Then what made things worse was when we were about to lay down in the bed we pulled the sheets back and there were tiny red/brown spots everywhere that were obvious signs of bed bug blood. We immediately called the front desk and told him what was going on and told him we cannot stay there and would like a refund and he told us that since the manager was not there the only thing he could do for us in that moment was to give us a different room and we could check it out before we decided to stay in it. We accepted his offer but the other room was the EXACT same way! It was absolutely disgusting and had the same stains on the sheets. I booked the room through Priceline so I called them as well to try and get a refund and they told us that it was up to the manager of the hotel to give us a refund or not. We told the front desk that we could not stay due to both the rooms being so dirty and the bed bug stains and we booked a different hotel for the night. I have called and called and left several messages for the manager and somehow everytime I call no matter the time of day morning, middle of the day, evening, and night the manager is somehow “not there” and refuses to speak to me. We are not rich people and we did not want to and really couldn’t afford to book 2 hotels in the same day, but we absolutely could not risk it. -000/10 stars but I could only put 1.

  After the first two days, housekeeping completely stopped servicing our room. Trash was not taken out, the bathroom was not cleaned, and we had to repeatedly go to the front desk just to get clean towels. Even after staff acknowledged the issue and stated the room would be serviced, nothing was done and housekeeping left for the day. To make matters worse, the hallways frequently smelled strongly of marijuana odor during the stay. Very disappointing experience overall, especially for a multi-week business stay.

  DO NOT STAY HERE! Parts are stolen from cars, the hotel has no security cameras, and they refuse to take responsibility for anything. They claim to have signs posted outside stating that "they are not responsible for vehicles," but that is a LIE—there is absolutely nothing outside. DO NOT STAY HERE unless you want to wake up to find your car has been robbed! 1307 Kenley Ave, Wichita Falls, TX 76306

  I had no problems with the room or hotel. Clean and comfortable. Free hot breakfast. The gravy for the biscuits left a lot to be desired, but there were plenty of other offerings for breakfast. Just remembered that dogs were barking loudly all night long.
