- IRIrene RamosAug 12, 20264.0I thought I booked a room in Waco! This lodging is actually in a town called West and although the hotel is “meh”, the town is awesome! There’s cute shops, bakeries and the most amazing pizza ever. But yeah the hotel is meh.
- JDJesse DoddJul 29, 20261.0I had a recent stay here. Well to begin with I booked and paid for the room a month in advance. When I arrive I am charged 100 for incedentals which ok I get that. But then I'm charged 337 for something else! Come to find out I was charged again for the room! I call the hotel to address the problem and I'm told they didn't receive a payment through the online booking that I had paid a month prior. So this place will steal your money!! The room was awful it wasn't cool at all! If you're considering staying here I would strongly recommend you don't!

- MMMike MckayJul 28, 20261.0I’d drive further and pay more. Worst Holiday Inn Express I’ve stayed at. The people at the front desk don’t know what they’re doing, not helpful, not pleasant and very hard to understand. I walked into my room and the mirror fell off the wall on top of me. The shower curtain rod had been broken off but never fixed - and the rented the room like that. Worst of all - there was no coffee service in the lobby! I booked the room with points and payed when I made my reservation. So, there wouldn’t be a charge at the hotel. But the guy checking me in insisted on having me scan my CC for “incidentals”. At check out I asked for a receipt - that guy tells me it won’t have tax on it. I paid when I made the reservation, so there is no additional tax - so, I pressed him about that and he admitted that they didn’t have a completed bill because they want ti check for room damage. Well, there was plenty of damage in that room when I walked in. I have video. Very sketchy hotel, employees and management. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!
