  Do not stay here. Possibly one of the most disgusting hotels I’ve had to stay at. If the other hotels weren’t fully booked we would have gotten our money back and moved on. Badly damaged room with awful patch jobs/ awful maintenance done. The door latch is hanging on by a single screw! Bathroom looks like it’s never had a deep clean since it was built. LITERALLY blood on the wall, grime and build up of scum in the shower. Claim to have Dish but it’s a total of 15-20 channels with over half of them not even being in English and the tv is from the early 2000’s Thankfully the bed sheets are clean but that’s about it.

  Beds were comfortable - room size was great - no coffee pots in either suite - pool was not open, was told inspection was not completed. Its June in Texas, sounds like someone is not doing their job. We had two suites and no hot water in either room, reported first night. Second night stay, same thing no hot water. After a long day at the softball fields a nice hot shower would have been nice. Instead we got cold showers. I was disappointed as I had grandchildren 10 years old and younger and a cold shower was not acceptable for these kiddos. TV nor AC did not work in queen suite and was never checked on during our stay at this location. Breakfast options were fair. I do not see that we will book a stay here in the future.

  Stop at 1 a.m to see if they had any rooms available and knocked the office doors called and no answer from nobody. I was in there for almost 20 mins and decided to keep driving to another hotel

  I really don't like leaving negative reviews but after reading comments....I feel like the workers or their familes/friends may be making accounts to leave reviews. First, the outside appearance should have been the first indicator to just keep driving. Overgrown weeds, window blinds with what looks like black tape pieces holding holes together? The place looks like it might need some higher management to come in and overhaul it to keep up their Brand Name. The halls are hot and humid. The room door opened and we got hit with a really odd dirty smell. Carpet was stained and dirty. Holes in walls. Hair all over the bathroom, towels and bed. Toothpaste splatter on the mirror. Dirt clumps, clothes hanger, toe nails? Food and other oddities on the floors. Walls looked like they had mold and got painted over. Shower was luke warm at best. Bathroom light was out and only the mirror to light the entire space. There is a fridge but no coffee maker and no microwave. Now, breakfast. Pancake machine is broke and the bag and buttons have to be messed with after EACH pancake. Replenishment didn't happen in the hour and 10 minutes we were downstairs. Overall, this hotel did NOT live up to the Holiday Inn brand. Would not stay here again. Also, at check in they informed us that the pool was not in operation due to a baseball team coming in and breaking glass all over. Reading the reviews, the baseball teams left reviews that the pool was not in operation when they were here either. Hmmm.....

  Avoid this place. Came into town for baseball tournament at Parsons ranch. Elevator was broken, pool was broken and had bugs in our bed. When I went to let them know we would be leaving guy at front desk looked irritated I told him i knew it wasn't his fault then he told me he was busy doing other things and people keep interrupting him...... cant believe holiday Inn lets this place represent their chain.
