Rozy greeted us with a warm welcome and was incredibly pleasant, helpful, and professional. Her exceptional customer service made a wonderful first impression! Although we stayed for only one night, everything about our experience was fantastic. Our room was in excellent condition, clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. And can we talk about the bed and pillows? Hands down, some of the most comfortable we've ever experienced! My husband and I have traveled extensively for work, stayed in countless hotels, and enjoyed many cruises, so that's saying a lot! The location was another huge bonus! With so many restaurants, shopping options, and conveniences nearby, everything we needed was easily accessible. I would absolutely stay at Candlewood Suites Houston Space Center – Webster again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area! Thank you, Rozy, and the entire team, for making our short stay such a memorable and comfortable experience. It's the little things that make a big difference, and you certainly delivered!

If they didn't have an answer they would make sure to get back to you in a timely manner. Housekeepers made you feel welcome and if you needed assistance with anything they were right there to help. The manager was very professional when you needed maintenance it was fixed right away.

- EREbony RobinsonSep 24, 20262.0Roach infested (I have pictures) in the draws where your utensils and pots are. Only 1 eye worked on the stove didn't get worked on until our check out day. Pool stayed green ( have pictures). When brought to manager Roaie attention instead of apologizing she made excuses for the issue I was bringing to her attention. I was also told the pool is an amenity. Which I understand but if it is on property I should be able to enjoy it, right. Mind you someone came out to clean the pool during the stay but didn't do a good job.
