  I had an otherwise decent stay, but the experience was ruined by an early morning fire alarm around 6:00 AM. It abruptly woke myself and some of my coworkers up and made it nearly impossible to get back to sleep. After working an overnight shift, I really needed the rest, and the disruption affected the entire next day. I understand that guest safety comes first, and I appreciate that alarms should never be ignored. However, if this was a false alarm or preventable, I hope the hotel addresses the issue because it had a significant impact on my stay.

  The receptionist name Myra sold us on this location. She gave me precise directions to the location. Then when we arrived checkin was excellent. This young lady didn’t rush she followed the script. I was shocked because we have NEVER felt welcomed like this before. I hope I didn’t spell her name correctly but she is an asset to your company. Thank you for training and hiring this employee. Oh yes the rooms are VERY NICE AND CLEAN.

  I've stayed here 3 to 4 times while visiting family. This hotel is well maintained and very clean. This last time Maya at front desk was very helpful, friendly, professional, and courteous. In the afternoons they had complimentary cookies and cold lemonade (or mango juice) across from the reception desk. The pool was clean, I had a good swim. One morning they had chorizo/egg/potatoes and another morning they had huevos rancheros for breakfast. The room was spacious. The only issue that I had but figured out was the DirecTV app on the tv. Parking is always plenty and there are restaurants and a Target within walking distance. Great stay, will return if in area.

  The front desk staff were friendly and made attempts to be accommodating which was appreciated. We had a delay checking in because the room wasn’t ready. Unfortunately, the cleaning still wasn’t satisfactory. The sheets on the bed were dirty (including hair on them) and had to be replaced. The blinds wouldn’t pull down on the window facing the pool and several electrical outlets were not working….very frustrating. However, the location was excellent. Lots of shopping and places to eat within walking distance. With more attention to detail when cleaning and added upkeep, I’m hopeful in the future we can give it another try.

  I had a good comfort stay in this hotel in June to attend a wedding for the weekend. Room is new, clean and quiet, breakfast is nice. After i checked out, i realized i left my suit in the dresser. I called back to the front desk and the hotel staff was able to locate my suit and promise to ship my suit back with UPS. After a week, i received my suit. Thanks for hotel staff to help to ship my suit back.
