  The black lady at the front with the big Afro is very rude. Smacks her jaws and sucks her teeth at people interrupt you when you were talking. Very disrespectful and bad for business. I stay here a lot and yes, I will pronounce it. I’d like to stay on the bottom floor. My favorite room to stay is 120. I really much like this hotel. But now I do not want to book here because they are so disrespectful this hotel needs to watch who they hire especially people like this. She is very very rude to customers that come in and she is so young she does not care about anybody sucks her teeth at people and does not care about what she has to say. She muddles under her breath. Friendly and is not friendly. I am a regular and I come here a lot and I have spent thousands of dollars here and I mean thousands I don’t appreciate the wrongdoing and the lack of disrespect. I believe they need to let this woman go. She don’t deserve to work in the public eye.

  The A/C unit is outdated. When the compressor kicks on the whole unit sounds like it will self-destruct. Also it cools to 3 degrees before kicking off. Short drapes allow light from outside to flood in day or night. The shower handle is VERY difficult to turn. This seems true in other rooms as a young lady in our group had to call and have someone turn the handle for her.

  The staff is outstanding and the hotel is very,very clean. The breakfast buffet is top of the line and the food is hot. My love this place because of the coffee machine and yogurt machine. 😁
