At 8 AM I notified the front desk in person that my refrigerator was broken. I was assured that it would be taken care of before I returned I returned at 8:37 PM and the refrigerator had not been taken care of. I have items that need to remain refrigerated. when I called the front desk to advise them of the situation, no one answered the phone. I had to get dressed and go back down to the lobby to request that the refrigerator be replaced.
- CCColtonSep 13, 20265.0Super clean hotel and a lot to over. Emma was absolutely amazing. We accidentally booked a standard room with 2 queen beds and Emma was able to find us 1 king bedroom. Bar was fantastic. Just wish they had some sort of breakfast buffet in the mornings, but a really nice hotel. Super quiet as well around the area with walking distance to bars. Check out twisted sisters! Would stay again for sure.

The staff are very welcoming and the bartenders are fast and very friendly. However there are so issue: PSA- the hotel is under renovation and there are no ice machines or vending machines on the floors. When you do your reservations and include breakfast your voucher says it's a "complimentary breakfast", but you pay $10.00 a person for it. The food is pricey but it was very good.

The beds are the most comfortable beds you will ever sleep in, and the service is amazing. Check in was super quick and easy. The staff is so friendly and helpful. Also the bartenders that work at night are absolutely incredible and make some beautiful drinks. My wife and I will definitely always stay here when we come to Waco.
