  I needed a late night check in and after being turned down by two other hotels the night manager, Billy (I think was his name), was kind enough to help me out. He was quick and efficient. The room was clean. The a/c worked like it should. Breakfast was good. I will stay here again if ever I might need to.

  Very nice hotel. We only stayed for one night but you need to know that there are no usb ports anywhere in the room. Husband forgot his plug in charger so had to opt to use the tv. Not a big deal but not very convenient for this day and age. Beds were very comfortable and room temp really good. Bathroom does not have a vent fan nor is there a night light. Staff very friendly!

  We usually stay in a hotel across the highway, but they’ve just gone downhill in cleanliness…so, we thought we’d try this hotel. We stayed overnight and absolutely enjoyed everything about our stay! When we checked in (John) was super helpful and friendly offering us a more comfortable room and a ground floor option. When we walked in the room, it was cool, quiet, and smelled fresh and clean. The bathroom and bedroom were SPOTLESS like no one had ever stayed there. We had a great sleep and quiet night- the shower ran hot water and they actually use Dove brand shampoo and conditioner in LARGE bottles thank you! They also had soft toilet paper and lots of clean towels. The breakfast buffet was delicious! Fresh potatoes, sausages, pancakes, and lots of other options and the coffee was EXCELLENT. We will definitely be back!!!

  Staff were friendly and polite, room was a decent size and the linens were fresh. The bathroom had not been cleaned or restocked well (dried/dead bug and hair in the bath tub and on the bathroom floor, minimal towels). Food was ok but I look forward to fresh made oatmeal and this facility only had dry packets.

  I recently stayed at the Holiday Inn in Room #222. The customer service was excellent—everyone was friendly, professional, and welcoming. The room was clean and comfortable, which I really appreciated. Unfortunately, the floor drain in the restroom had a terrible odor coming from it that made the stay less enjoyable. I hope the hotel addresses this maintenance issue because everything else about my stay was very good. Overall, I appreciate the staff's hospitality and would consider staying here again once the issue is resolved.
