  Honestly, I really try not to write bad reviews. But I was really disappointed with the room and service here. When we first walked in, it smelled like mildew and it didn’t go away. The tv only offered cable and wasn’t even connected to the internet. Also, we couldn’t change the AC in our room. Lastly, our total was $127 for 1 regular bedroom and I just have to say is that is wayyy overpriced for what our room looked like. Highly disappointed, I wanted to write a review for people who look at the reviews and see that it is somewhere “nice” to stay. I don’t want the same thing that happened to me to another person.

  Alexus at the front desk stepped up when the IHG help desk would not. Myself and a coworker booked a room through the IHG app. When we got to the hotel the hotel had no record of either reservation. We were not the first customers for this to happen to today. After an hour we finally got our rooms. The text message help desk through the IHG app was no help, it kept saying try again later. Alexus kept her cool and finally got someone at corporate to finally answer the phone. It’s actually good to see someone that tries to do the right thing and take care of the customer. 5 stars to Alexus, zero stars to IHG Digital Concierge!

  We love this hotel, staff is awesome rooms are clean beds are comfy, my only complaint is that someone stole stuff out of the back of our truck and management said they didn't catch it on camera. We weren't too mad because we thought they had only stole drinks from a cooler but we then realized that they also stole our grill that we use to cook with when we're not at a hotel where we can cook. I recommend parking out front we never had trouble until we parked behind the hotel. We stayed here multiple times in a 3 week period.

  Not a great experience here. Communication was not clear, customer service did not meet regular standards. We called to confirm our reservation and they said they could not find our reservation at first. We insisted and they finally did find us. We asked for a crib and they said they were not sure they had cribs an hour before we arrived. After a few minutes on the phone they said they did not have a crib/pack and play. We had to borrow one from family who lived nearby. They do not offer breakfast which was highly disappointing. They did not inform us of this before hand either. Our bed was hard and uncomfortable, the mattress was old, I woke up with lower back pain every morning. The layout of the hotel is also strange and unwelcoming, the lobby is small and everyone can hear when guests are talking to the front desk. Our second morning there, we asked for the housekeeper to clean our room and they said housekeeping only cleans everything 3 days. I consider that unsanitary. They only changed our towels upon request but did not even take the trash out. We had to do it ourselves. We tried to leave a night earlier due to our bad experience here and they refused to issue a partial refund. They said we would still charge us for the full 3 days. I’m giving 2 stars because they have a kitchenette with convenient item as, and the room was clean. The bathroom was clean except the bathtub drain. Overall I am dissatisfied with the experience this hotel provided, if you care about comfort and convenience don’t stay here, especially if you have a family and young children.
