- SMScott Moore5 days ago3.0The hotel was under construction. Breakfast was served in a meeting room, remote control would not stay charged, no i machines in the building and pool out of commission. still charged full price. Without the full benefit.

No pool, no gym, loud noise, blocked parking, bad functioning elevator, and this time no ice machine, and breakfast moved to meeting room. I totally understand renovations, but this long? It's ridiculous, and the price is the same.

What a SHOCK to walk in to lobby after 10 hours on the road to find the facility in midst of FULL BLOWN RENNOVATION! No paint on walls thru lobby. Elevator out of order, no carpet on stairs, pool closed, gym closed, no ice machine, a/c in room never got cold. No room available on 1st floor either! Mattress was comfortable and sheets were soft, but that's all this place had going for it. No offer of further discount or additional IHG points for our inconveniences!! Stay away from this place or call ahead to ask about mentioned inconveniences before booking.
