  I truly loved my stay, the manager Tristan was so polite, courteous and very knowledgeable of his rooms, availability and policies. I have told others about my stay and will definitely be back again real soon .

  The staff here were very helpful and great. I came in with no reservation as my car had broken down and needed to wait for the Honda dealership across the road to open the next day. I was able to get a room and all the little extras to make my day less stressful! Even though it’s partially under construction there was no noise and no disturbance to my stay.

  I absolutely loved my stay at the Holiday Inn in Victoria! From the moment we arrived, Rose at the front desk made us feel so welcome—she was incredibly kind and polite, and really set the tone for a great visit. Alexis, the General Manager, is amazing! You can truly tell this hotel is run with care and attention—honestly, they couldn’t have a better GM. Housekeeping completely blew us away. On the second day, they did something so thoughtful that it made my mom’s entire day—they made the bed beautifully and even tucked her tablet under the pillows with a cute heart-shaped pillow display. It was such a sweet surprise and meant so much to us! The service here is outstanding across the board. Huge shoutout to Alexis and the whole team—keep up the incredible work! I will absolutely be staying here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

  It was nice enough. We stayed on the second floor that had just been remodeled. It had a faint smell like carpet glue. When we walked in I wasn't sure when everything was under construction. That was excellent, friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good, standard.

  Good morning, I just wanted to share my experience with Mr. Tristan last weekend with you. We unfortunately experienced a very horrific family tragedy and ended up losing a family member due to an accident. Upon our daughters release from the hospital in Houston we booked a room at your hotel on April 24th to allow her to have a moment with her fiancé who had passed the next morning at the funeral home. When we arrived at the hotel I entered to secure our room and get a key and was greeted by the kindest person I have ever come across in my years of travel. Tristan, whom earlier had learned what happened to our families immediately before any business transactions occurred offered his condolences and a very uplifting conversation to me. His words were full of wisdom and kindness, a true man of god, and a true asset to your company. In a world where God is left out or asked not to be in places, Tristan definitely makes him known and creates a comfortable and welcoming experience with his attitude and demeanor that meant more to us in that time than you could imagine. Thank you for a wonderful experience during a very dark time in our days and letting his light shine happiness upon us for our brief encounter.
