    Affordable price, helpful staff, good breakfast, comfortable beds and a Large TV (unlike most hotels that are still using the TVs they purchased back in the 90s). Will rebook if I come back to this area.

    This is the second time we've stayed at this hotel as it's close to family. Its nicely renovated. Very economical and a very courteous staff.

    ​I am extremely disappointed with my recent stay and am considering taking my business to another company permanently this is way below the standards of IHG ​Misinformation & Bad Service: Before arriving, I called to ask if grilling was allowed and was told no. Yet, upon arrival, I saw multiple grills in the parking lot and pool area. When I checked in, I wasn't greeted. The agent, Christy, had a nasty attitude. When I asked if the pool was open, she said she wasn’t sure if it was fixed, and then unprompted, snapped that I couldn't invite "cousins or uncles" because of past problems with other guest, offering to cancel my reservation twice instead of just answering my question. It took almost 30 minutes just to get my key card. ​Severe Pest & Cleanliness Issues: The first room had bed bugs. I went to the front desk, and a gentleman moved me to a second room. This room was filthy, the pillows had black smudges on them, and there were dead bugs on the window sill. ​Unsanitary Breakfast: The issues continued at breakfast, where there were ants in the cereal and bugs crawling around the bacon and eggs counter. We had to leave the property just to eat. ​More Attitude: To top it off, our key cards stopped working. When I asked Christy to fix them, instead of just reactivating them, she gave me an arrogant "education" on how key cards work. ​This was an unacceptable experience from start to finish. Avoid this place.

    Nice hotel, very clean and quiet. I had to sleep with my own pillows for my own comfort. Their pillows are very firm, stiff and heavy. But to each their own,.. If you're picky about pillows.. bring your own.
