  The assistant manager Veronica was beyond nasty and rude, and not just to me. I witnessed how terribly she treated the lady in front of me; who I could tell was trying her best to keep her composure. Multiple customers seemed to have the same issue with staff above Veronica and below her all telling customers the same information, having said information in writing, and Veronica not honoring them. Veronica even had the nerve to laugh at us as we walked away. Every other person working that front desk was amazing, communicative, and accommodating. It’s a shame their leader presents the complete opposite of that behavior. DO NOT stay at this hotel.

  Excellent layout and clean rooms. Except some of the dishes provided were not clean when pulled out from the cabinets. But all tools to clean were provided, so an easy fix.

  OUT OF THE WAY LOCATION!!! The room was very clean with a friendly staff. I did call prior to my visit and requested a roll in shower. However my ADA SHOWER WAS HORRIBLE. IT WAS A BATHTUB WITH A TRANFER BENCH. THIS IS A TOTAL AFTER THOUGHT!!!!!. being a stroke survivor it was HELL lifting my stroke side in and out of the tub. The floor has no antislip strips on it. Poor by design. (The thought of falling was paralyzing). Other than that everything else was superb.!!!!!!!
