My family and I recently stayed at this hotel for my niece graduation. I was very impressed. Everything was great. My only concern is I think there should be a designated area for the guest that have dogs. I'm allergic to dogs and where our room was located there were many people in that area with there dogs and I had to take a longer route to my room so I wouldn't risk having a asthma attack. But everything was clean, everyone was friendly and we enjoyed our stay.

The girl Veronica who works the front desk seemed to stalked my family day in and day out on surveillance cameras. We've stayed at this staybridge hotel for a few months without any incidences or problems but we were always being watched. Chris(manager) and the front desk girl Veronica reviewed camera footage of us very often and I wonder why? I don't want to assume anything but maybe we remind them of someone, or could be a race thing, or it could be something else I'm not sure but in any case we dont feel comfortable staying at this location. The front desk girl Veronica has quite a few people that stay at this location workers from out of town that she really doesn't like and its very obvious. Not all the staff is bad but the front desk girl Veronica seems to have Chris full support and I wouldn't recommend dealing with a place that has some type of personal feelings toward some of it's own customers. Chris(manager) also told me I could/should find another property to stay at and as he listed the other hotels in the area.

It appears this facility had a major renovation. It seems newly built. The rooms have an apartment(3/4) size fridge/freezer, 2 induction burners, sink, cabinets, 3 sets of cutlery and place servings, a few pots, cooking utensils. They have free laundry facilities (bring your own detergent), 2 nice grills to use, the breakfast is large and even includes fountain soda (with Coke Zero, a personal fave). The bed and linens are comfortable. The shower head has tons of pressure. The curtains in the room make it pretty dark for sleeping. The front desk staff is helpful. We hear Monday nights there is free dinner. My only negatives would be that the carpeting in the common areas (hallways and emergency exit stairs) needs cleaning. Also there's one elevator and it's not particularly centrally located (the whole building layout is a little confusing). But our room was very clean. The building is in a quiet location with trees around. We would definitely stay again and plan to seek out this brand in future locations.
ETA: wish they had a hot tub and pool towels that aren't made for 3 year olds. Also we checked in Thursday, had housekeeping Friday, they don't do it on weekends, and by 3pm Monday no housekeeping. I put our towels and trash outside the door and called the front desk for more towels, which housekeeping did come and provide, and took our trash and dirty linen.

Area was super close to UT. Staff not so helpful. We had 5 rooms and didnt get to the hotel untill 1 am ...requested 12pm chk out and was told NO. FD associate told me she can only do 12pm chk out for 1 room out of the 5 rooms we booked. So i was supposed to fit 11 people in 1 room. We were there literally from 1am to 11am. Poor customer service. Never returning back.
