  We had the pleasure of interacting with Nina during breakfast great personality. Really sweet. As far as rooms are nice and clean. Breakfast is standard no vegan options. Overall nice and clean my main concern so I gave 5 stars.

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Highly Recommend! The team at the Holiday Inn Express is absolutely amazing! From housekeeping (who are always helpful), the wonderful cooks, the hardworking laundry ladies, and the PA lady, to the friendly front desk staff—no matter what time you arrive or leave, everyone is kind, welcoming, and eager to help. A special thank you to the General Manager, Jacob, and Kristen in Sales for leading such an outstanding team. Their dedication to guest satisfaction truly shows throughout the entire hotel. The location is also excellent—close to the bowling alley, hospitals, and plenty of restaurants, making it convenient for both business and leisure travelers. If you're looking for a clean, comfortable hotel with exceptional customer service, I highly recommend staying here. The staff goes above and beyond to make guests feel welcome and appreciated!

  This was a great place to stay. The lady at the front desk was very polite we had such a warm welcome Our room was very beautiful and so clean. The breakfast was good , I especially like the variety of choices. Coffee was off the chain tho... best I ever had. The location was great for our stay pricing was affordable. I would recommend it to my friends and family. I'll be back!!

  What happened here? This place has been open for a week? The staff from housekeeping, to front desk, to the manager were all kind and had good service. Every single employee was smiley and kind throughout my stay and seemed to value customer service! My first night the fire alarm went off from 330-730am. Had to reply to apology email and say I expect compensation and they then agreed to comp the night. Outside at 3am I learned this wasn't the first night it had happened!? Luckily night 2 no fire alarm. But after I had some rest I started looking around and it's really really bad. From the carpet, to the trim and millwork, to the tile and bathroom finishes, to the irrigation system leaking for 48 hours as well as shooting the geyser (a possible family attraction if they keep it, since the pool is closed this may be a good splash pad...) it's so bad!!!! See my video tour.... I am not sure this is an acceptable state to open a property in? I can't tell you where the small bug came from or what species it was. But it was 💯 between my comforter and sheets when I woke up the second night. Maybe I have bugs on my person!? I think the ownership group might be in over their skis!!!!!!! But I don't know anything... I just stay at Holiday inn expresses all over the country. One in Flagstaff from the 80s with a permanent homeless population outside was at about this level of distress....

  Well you can obviously tell this brand new hotel cut corners. The most pressing matter is their fire alarm system that has been going off from 3:30 AM to 5:00 AM to which we are notified there is no fire or alarm but they don't know how to turn it off. I overheard from the fire department that showed up that this has been an issue previous nights , but is not being made aware to guests at check -in which I find super dishonest and manipulative. I would definitely ask about "false-alarm" policy , and what protocol is should the alarm go off. The pool is also closed and not ready for use. The hotel has barely been open a week and we already seen shoddy tile work , caulk, and random scratches on detail work. I'm not particularly impressed with a brand new hotel looking like it was built 10 years prior and when you ask if the alarm system has been deactivated you get a lackluster response of "I don't know ". But I guess a good night's sleep while travelling is too much to ask for in 2026. I may also be sleep deprived and angry , which may impair my fair and impartial opinion.
