  Very clean hotel. Bed and pillows were comfortable. Staff was warm and friendly and helpful us with anything that we needed during our stay. Loved that they had allergy friendly muffins at breakfast 😁❤️ Only negative would be that the lights flicker in the rooms and hallways. Might be because It was super hot during our stay or that it's newer construction.

  We booked an accessible room last minute that had a king bed and a hide-a-bed couch. It was last minute due to having booked at a different hotel that ended up not being able to fit our specific needs bed wise. The staff were very friendly and kind our whole stay and kept an eye out for us and were very attentive to details with us. We needed a bed that had a gap between the frame and the floor that the legs of a lift would go under and we got lucky that they had one left at the time of our booking. If I ever hear of anyone in a similar situation to us I will absolutely recommend booking at a Holiday Inn.

  100 degrees outside and not a single working ice machine in the hotel. Went through five room key cards before the front desk could get one to work. Nevertheless, Elias was very efficient and friendly, a good customer relations person for this company.

  Overall this is a great hotel, almost as good as Drury Plaza Hotels 🤷‍♂️ rooms were just a tiny bit dirty in some places, under tables and counters🤷‍♂️. I do like and think is a GREAT thing that they do with the complementary toiletries if you forget to bring your own. It’s just the little things that make a difference. When you forget your toothbrush or something simple like that, it just makes your day when you know you can simply go to the front desk and get one. I didn’t get to eat breakfast there, but I did get coffee. They have a top-of-the-line coffee maker.
