The place was stunning and everything was exactly what I needed it to be. But the real above and beyond was the Director of Sales, Kristin. She was accommodating, full of energy and absolutely pleasant to deal with. We will 10000% be staying again and I hope she is around so I can say thank you for making us feel comfortable and allowing us to be at ease during our stay. The world needs more Kristin’s when they are choosing to stay home away from home.

Hotel is nice brand new. I arrived about 8:46 pm front desk guy Eliza was not very friendly. Checked me in handed me my key. When I asked him what was my room number he pointed to my card to show it to me I ask him where was the Elevator he pointed the wrong direction. He had a friend he was talking to and I could clearly tell he was bothered by me asking questions when I was paying to stay in this hotel. Good customer service is so hard to see now days. I was too tired after traveling from Dallas for a medical procedure here in Tyler to even bother with him. The hotel is new and nice the customer service could use some coaching.

The room had lots of space and included everything I needed. The bed was very comfortable and the internet was good. I had a couple issues - 1) I can't sleep well with light in the room and the internet antenna had a bright blue light on it. 2) the A/C acted up making a terrible noise, but they were quick to fix it and I was able to sleep that night! Staff were responsive, friendly, and helpful!

I travel for work many times a year and I've stayed at many HIEx! I must say that this is by far the best one I have been to. Very new, clean, and the staff is ultra friendly. Shout out to Rosalinda who kept the breakfast fresh and well stocked as well as welcomed guests by saying hello.

One of the BEST I’ve ever stayed in! Clean, great pricing, good location, and the staff is awesome! Kristin and Rachael were our front desk team and they made sure our stay was exactly what we needed! Like they actually cared that what we had paid for measured up to what we got… a rare find these days. Highly recommend, and if you’re not traveling directly by it, make a detour, and see Tyler TX. Cool place 😎.
